Seems like a good deal. Got couple of them. They are good quality. But please share your opinion if you have them long term.

You used an architect to work out the placement of your hose reel?
I thought circles don’t have sides
Then how do you get from the inside to the outside?
Climb over the top
Looks similar enough to the Bunnings Holman or Pope ones. At least seem to have an accompanying multi-yr warranty you could foreseeably use.
Where can i find the warranty info?
Wonder if the mounting point is the same? Don't want to drill unnecessary new holes and my old Holman is dead (my mistake).
Just use a wood chock in between, wood into holman holes and screw new hose reel mount onto wood ;)
I bought in to hoselink and will never go back
So did I. I now have 30m of really nice kink free hose that won't retract back onto the spool laid out in a massive mess in the corner of my deck.
Damn, I'll stay away from the spool then… the connections/sprayers are 11/10 imo
I was all in for a 30m retractable hose from them, but now I'm having second thoughts.. how long was it until it broke?
Anybody have any other recommendations? Postage kills this for me
Just over 2 years.
Was great while it worked. Recommended them to 2 friends and theirs are still going strong 6 years later.
Tried pulling mine apart to reseat the spring, but they're not serviceable.
@frugalferret: Midnight swap with your friends working hose 😜
I have the 30M Auto Rewind Hose Reel for more than 2 years. Still working very well no problem. Apart from the Northern Sun making the connector not working. Beat my pope hose on the other outdoor tap. Quality is far superior.
delivery fee kills it.
Back once again for the renegade master
D4 damage with the ill behavior…Track!!!!
Back once again for the renegade master!$158.52 including delivery… No deal. Maybe OP should put $49.52 delivery fee in header. As Bizzish said.. it kills the deal.
It says I can pick up from trade tools tomorrow for free? Although everything about it looks cheap. Not sure it'd hold up long in the sun.
Shipping - $78 to WA
Bunnings has the Holman 30m unit for $139.
Don't know which is better, but it may be easier to pickup at Bunnings than pay $50 postage for this unit. How is this compared to 20 m hose that is going to be available in Aldi? - https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-buys/special-buys-sat-14-…
I just returned the rubbish hozelock from Costco today, was on discount in July(from 160 to 130), bought 2, opened one yesterday, fitted and used for the first time, bloody bubble started popping and water leaking from multiple popped bubbles, good I had the receipt, returned both, one still unopened. In case anyone goes to Costco stay away from hozelock, there were still a few at full price, I suspect those are returned ones.
Now need to buy new, anyone knows if Aldi's hose is good, why to waste 150+ if they are all similar.
I installed two of the above and they look alright. Don't have any experience with any other brand, so can't compare, but they are adequate for my needs and doesn't feel very cheap. I see, delivery charges are expensive, but I had a store nearby to pick up… so, won't be a deal otherwise..
And it is expired
Seems like only yesterday that I paid $29 each to put one on each side of the house. Took ages to work out with the architect as I live in a circular home.
