The carpet shampooers are $99 everyday, the steam mops retail for $49.
i remember scoopon last year you can have $99 voucher for the value $200, so $99 i should be able to get 2 of this carpet shampooer
if you sell $49 each for this carpet shampooers, I will come to your store mate
i still don't get it, you can sell this thing last year for $99 and people get 2 and now you can not just sell this shampoer for $49? http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/59601
I believe you still paying something to scoopon and this one you get the money directly without third party
Can this be picked up in store?
Hi there, this deal is available at all Godfreys stores until Sept 17th. Alternatively you can order it online and have it delivered, but we currently do not offer instore pickup for online purchases. Hope this helps!
that's 2 days ago ….
Indeed it was a typo! My bad. Correct end date is Sept 27th!
deal available until 2 days ago? surely a typo? :P
edit: ninja'd by bort.. delayed post :S
Why does it only have a 3 month Warranty?
part of their business model perhaps ???
http://www.godfreys.com.au/media/wysiwyg/service_and_repair.…
Hi there, this is the standard warranty offered by the manufacturers. Please take a look at online reviews of this model, our customers generally love this machine and we have not experienced any significant quality issues with this model in the past.
But the home hero one has full 1 year warranty.
http://www.godfreys.com.au/steam-shampoo/carpet-shampooers/h…
The reviews worry me as well, they are all posted on the same day.
coincidence ???
I was thinking of getting this machine last time but the 3 months warranty is a bit dodgy.
when you need to use this, which is going to be during the summer months, the warranty will be expired.
Very smart marketing.
maybe you can layby at this price and pick it up in a month or two ?
You are right, 3 months warranty for a household cleaning machine is dodgy.
I cannot find this one is a bargain or even a good deal, as they have the carpet shampooer everyday for $99 and the steam mop $49 for a year warranty.
Now you pay $99 dollars to have 2 products with 9 months warranty less.
Also they will charge you $7 for shipping for an order $99 or less and they don't come with a small shampooer for ready-to-use.
So end up you are going to pay $99 + $7 = $106 and spend some time to buy a carpet shampoo to start using it.
Or you will pay $99 + $19.95 = $118.95 for an additional carpet shampoo to save the shipping fee.
Last time I walked in one of their shop, I see hips of this carpet shampooer there and I think it is the only carpet shampooer in shop with no demonstration. So I end up with Bissell very good!!!
Can this be used for carpeted stairs, if so would love to get it, been looking for something cheap.
Hi there, unless you have quite wide stairs I wouldn't recommend using this shampooer on stairs. Some carpet shampooers have built-in upholstery tools that are suitable for stairs - See this one for an example (there is a video too if that helps) - http://www.godfreys.com.au/wertheim-se9000-carpet-shampooer
Can you reply to the question about the warranty above - 3 months sounds very dodgy…
yikes! I think for that price I might as well keep renting from Woolworths once a year and still be ahead in cash. Thanks anyways shame really
"Maybe when we find something decent to do with this ID."
"We could go rent a carpet shampooer."
How much do you sell these for normally?
