    Suitable as a baby monitor?

    • +1

Imo get a dedicated baby monitor.

I personally didn’t like the idea of a remote controlled motorised cam inside the house. Maybe that’s just my own paranoia

      • But most baby monitors can be remotely controlled to pan and tilt?

    • I’m not using this one I’m using an Imou Ranger. It’s fine for when we're awake and we haven’t really needed a dedicated baby monitor yet.

One problem I can think of is if you’re asleep and you just get a notification to your phone instead of the sound coming straight through as it would on a dedicated baby monitor.

  • That's the Australia tax at work. Currently in Singapore, where the C300 is selling for $39SGD (about $45AUD) and the C400 is $49SGD (about $56AUD)
