  After purchasing, I have been unable to register an account and thus can't activate the service. Chatted to support for over 30mins and still no solution. Whilst they agreed to a refund, they pursued registering an account with my email and successfully did so. However, as when I tried to change the password using the "Forgot password" link, I am unable to change the password so still can't access the account or activate the service. Still trying to get a refund.

  Based on this, I would NOT recommend these guys.
