Muscle Diets sent an SMS out this evening with this deal. Works for new and existing customers. First 50 orders also are supposed to receive an additional free meal.

I've tried them in the past, they are similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz, etc. just without the fancy packaging on each meal. Limited selection of meals though.

Should stack with referral code for an extra $20 off.

  • Has anyone used this before? Their facebook is full of influencer posts so I don't really trust it.

  • Can you add some examples with total cost per meal?

    • Couples pack of 20, comes to $5.87 per meal. Shipping included. Referral discount not included, because I forgot…

  • Is there any real review about this anywhere? All I find seem sponsored, it's cheap for what it is… Sort of tempted to buy a few packs for those times I feel like ordering something out but have these as an option for something a bit different to a home cooked meal

  • Ordered. Let's give it a go…

  • Tried 5 different addresses in Perth, WA and doesn't look like they deliver to any of them

  • +1

If you have issues they don't respond. Portion size was a bit low, taste wise its average.

  • No delivery to the NT.

  • +1

$33.70 for at least 10 meals delivered ain’t bad.

    • How did you get this price?

      • Referral code above aswell

  • It's not bad but they've had 40 percent off since at least July - promo codes JUL40 AUG40 and now SEP40
If you don't want them to substitute out of stock items with no warning then need to specify in the delivery notes

  • MONGOLIAN CHICKEN WITH FRIED RICE
400g meal with 53 Grams of protein?
    38% chicken = 152g chicken breast = 31g protein.
The rice is 5g protein max.
    Something is off.

    • Where did you get 152g chicken breast = 31g protein from?

      • I stand corrected. 152 grams of chicken breast = 41g protein. I googled it both times. Not so bad if true.

        • Not so bad "if true" indeed but having looked through the reviews on Google and some of the photos, it definitely doesn't look like 150g of chicken, more like 50g…. something does seem off, half the reviews are either 1 star and the others are 5 stars from new accounts.
And the responses for the 1 star reviews are off-putting.

  • Wasn't a fan of the taste of most of these. I ordered two different packs, one came with all white packaging and were smaller, the black packaged ones were significantly heavier (eg by 100g or more). I'll have to dig deeper and figure out which ones were which.
