  Given reolink provides regular sales directly, I'd recommend waiting for one of those. I've heard the RMA process when purchased directly is really easy but if you bought from a reseller, it's completely reliant on them.

    $151.99 has been the lowest price for this model on their website, Amazon store and eBay store.

    If OP could share with us how to get it for $129 delivered from Umart then that would make it ~$23 cheaper than what Reolink direct is willing to sell it for.

    Why RMA? Just return it to UMart or wherever you buy it.

    RMA should never be your first choice in Australia, the Australian consumer law puts the responsibility for replacement or refund on the point of sale.

      I got a faulty product and was dicked around by third party seller. They made me post it back to them, ran tests then made me pay for return postage even when they're literally in the suburb next to me then came up with baloney covid distancing excuse in 2022 for not allowing pickup. That's just my example.

      If you trust umart enough when something goes wrong, sure. if I had bought it from reolink directly they would have just done a straight swap so in the end I didn't find the saving worthwhile (I needed something quickly at the time).

      I'm offering my 2c based off my own experience. Can take it or leave it.

        If they dick you around for more than 30 days you can do a chargeback then it's their problem, not yours.

  It's not really a system, it's a single camera. Probably I would not word it like that as it's a bit confusing?
