Ive tried a few carplan products. Wheel cleaner / sealant / car wash.
Very very ordinary products.

No chance of cleaning mould and fungi with a spray at the vents. The aircon system has so many complex vents and fins where mould and bacteria forms.
To be strong enough to be effective, you would not be able to sit in the car and breathe the air at the same time as spraying it.
One review said 'glorified air freshener' and I am sure that is correct
