    DON'T MISS OUT

    Nah, I’m good thanks.

    • +12

Is the Little Mermaid a freshwater stream?

      • +13

no, its a shark that identifies as a mermaid

      • -1

This comment is extremely underrated. 10/10.

    • +13

I AM MISSING OUT INTENTIONALLY. BECAUSE I CAN.

    • we have time.. it ends 20/09/2023

    • -1

same - my rig at home automatically downloads all the new shows for free from all streaming services…- free plug to me!..LOL

  • +49

Nice, but Disney can stick it after their physical media announcement.

    • +2

      Oath!

  • +16

Nah I am happy with Turkey 🇹🇷🧐

  • +5

    Stremio FTW

    • Is it legal?

      • +4

        Not if you use RealDebird

        • +1

          But RealDebrid is so awesome

          • -1

@edisonAU: googled this but have no clue how it works..help?

            • +6

              @victorngel: Kodi1 + add-on such as Seren or Fen2 + Real Debrid3 subscription.

I have the above on my Android box hooked up to the tv. It's how my partner and I watch any show we want (whether it be a Netflix show, Disney movie etc).

              1. open source media player

              2. An addon created by Nix, it works with services such as Real-Debrid to stream torrents with the appropriate provider package instantly, and behaves similarly to Netflix, with autoplay and Next up Dialogs

              3. Real Debrid is a subscription service that provides its users access to additional file hosters.

              • @Wakrak: Which android box do youbrecommend? And how old should the box be? Cheers

                • @fritzsticker: No idea sorry. Wouldn't recommend my current box (Minix Neo-u9h). Getting a bit old now.

Quite a few people tend to go with the Nvidia Shield Pro but there are definitely cheaper options out there.

            • +2

@victorngel: Google Stremio addons, I won't post instructions. There are guides out there. Its very easy and done in minutes.

            • @victorngel: @victorngel Just google Stremio + Torrentio + RealDebrid and you would find so much information on it :)

Alternatively you can do Kodi + The Crew + RealDebrid as well, if you prefer Kodi than Stremio.

        • @wwdesi Do you VPN when you use RD?

          • +1

@stormcrow3: You don’t need VPN with RD as it acts like a VPN

            • @WwDesi: Oh wow didn't know that. Thank you. Would you happen to know what component acts as a VPN? I tried looking at the RD website to find info about it, but couldn't find anything. Thanks

    Username does not check out

If they stop password sharing then I'm out. Otherwise I do like it, 1/4 of the full price to watch all the Star Wars stuff and classic simpsons/futurama episodes is nice. Wish they had episode commentaries tho.

Of course I can't let a membership shared with three others lapse just to score this deal.

  • +1

    People still use disney plus?

    • +8

disney is good for kids and marvel movies and some original contents are good as netflix

    • +3

This deal would imply that no, they do not, and Disney is attempting to change that lol.

But I’m of the same opinion as above. Them removing physical media, therefore removing our choice of how to watch their stuff, makes me not want to dip to their discounted desperation.

      • +3

I don't care if they sell physical media or not, I don't use them. Digital media plays on literally all of my screens.

If I get really upset about how I can't buy Disney DVD's now I'll just go pirate their shit… oh wait

    • Yes i need more woke in my life, give me more Disney

    • +5

It's convenient to be able to watch the new super and space hero stuff with proper HDR right off the bat, instead of downloading "Ashoka aXXo 4k HDR10" and finding the episode is purple because it was encoded properly or your player is missing some profile or some shit.

It's Netflix I can't bear paying for. I care so little about Netflix content I don't even bother pirating it. Though I probably will download the One Piece live action.

      • +1

Luffy would approve of you following your TV pirating dream.

        • It is also surprisingly good, way better than I ever expected a live action one piece to be. Can recommend, watched it from turkey in the hopes they will keep making more. But I am sure Netflix will find a way to Witcher it soon enough.

      • 1337 then finding the most popular torrent is hard now?

        • No, but sometimes I don’t want to go to my computer, click, and wait. I have set up rss to automatically download new episodes though. But I guess I’m even lazier than that.

  • +3

The content has just become churned out rubbish in the need to justify a monthly subscription

  • +13

    laughs in Turkish

      Gülmeyi mi kastediyorsun

  • +1

Disney Plus, a true Turkish Delight.

  • +1

Yay. I'm going to watch how I met your father 😭

  • Haha.. be woke go broke..

    • -4

      This says otherwise

      • -1

        This says otherwise

        • Guardian's of the galaxy isn't woke as far as I can tell. Disney keeps overpaying for titles then creating bland scripts that don't offend their focus group karens.

The Daily Mail could write a story about how a billon dollar company keeps producing garbage that simultaenously disappoints the existing fans and fails to interest new ones, but find readers are more interested in being fed sensationalist lies. The people concerned about the 'woke agenda' aren't Disney's customers anyway

    • +6

Ozb is fill of broke wokies which is why they're here and why you're getting down voted.

      • true.. why I am not surprised.. 😁

    • +9

Upvoted you because I agree too many new Disney movies have gone too woke.

    • +5

Yep! Exactly…. Screw them wokies. Pun intended!

  • Is it worth $13.99? What’s good on there?

    • +10

      ~750 episodes of The Simpsons.

      • This makes it worth it alone. Except there's only 226 :)

    • +8

      Banshees of Inisherin
      Always Sunny in Philadelphia
      The Beatles Get Back
      Pixar

      • +1

Banshees of Inisherin was great. Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson are incredible. The first movie I saw them together in was "In Bruges". An absolute classic!

    • +2

Futurama when the episodes finish dropping

    • +7

      Only Murders in the Building

      Ahsoka

    • The Dropout is awesome (Elizabeth Holmes' story). Surprised how quickly I got fixated on all 8 episodes…

    • +7

Prey, Gravity Falls, Legion, Futurama, new and classic Duck Tales, Galavant, Marvel, Star wars, Disney, Pixar, Always Sunny, Simpsons, Atlanta, The Orville, Kindred, Solar opposites…

If you have kids it's the best streaming service overall for quality content.

If not, it's probably behind Netflix, Binge and maybe Prime, but quite a bit better than Stan or Paramount plus.

(And a lot cheaper than Netflix for 4k).

      • +4

Yeah Prey is an unexpectedly great action movie.

And Legion, Galavant, Kindred and The Orville are all excellent, unique, original shows most people haven't seen.

The Orville is, no joke, quite possibly the best current "Star Trek" series. It's at least on par with Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks (the comedy is great but only a small part of the show, it tackles real issues, has solid drama, actual science, great characters, etc).

And Legion's pilot is a serious candidate for the best first episode of any series ever.

        • +3

Who gets Disney to watch The Orville? Seriously it was free on SBS on demand wasn't it?

          • +1

@Mr Bob Dobalina: Yes, but it's not on there anymore (and it had ads and not-quite-as-good AV quality when it did, if that matters).

        • -2

Yeah Prey is an unexpectedly great action movie.

What, another woke, one-dimensional, female Mary Sue character that Disney put in every film of theirs these days, who just kills/defeats everyone and always succeeds at everything like Rey from The Force Awakens? That's your idea of a good action movie? Lol.

          • @Miami Mall Alien: It's getting to the point where the core audience is too young to have experienced a good action movie.

    • Hell no
