      Not only do you need a new account, but I also had to get a new IP address using Hotspot Shield. Got there in the end :P (Clearing the cookies could make it work though I guess).

          doesn't say you need to be an old deals direct customer. you can register with deals direct now and then contact snapfish to claim your free mug.

    I emailed Snapfish (via email on their contacts list)and said I was a Dealsdirect customer and already registered with Snapfish. They informed me to:
    "Please place your order for Collage Mug and reply to this email with the order number. We will then manually apply the coupon and issue the refund".

    Hope this helps someone.

          No worries. Unfortunately you don't get to choose the placement for the photos. You can just click "shuffle" I wasn't happy with the placement but got sick of pressing shuffle. Argh well…only $2.95, so no complaints.
