Thanks to this post, you can now get this 3 pack for just under $560 delivered.
I got this to replace my aging Unifi network because it was going to cost me almost double this to upgrade the USG to a dream machine, and add another 2 Wi-Fi 6 compatible pro access points.
They seem to be working fine and are giving me good Wi-Fi speeds so I'm happy.
One important note that I found is that the Unifi APs act solely as Wi-Fi access points, so you only need one physical ethernet cable going to each one. If you plan on replacing your Unifi setup with these as I have, you will need a second cable going to the first one of these units. That's because the Unifi gear have a USG or Dream-machine to perform the internet routing, whereas the TP-Link units use the first of the three to perform the internet routing / NATing.
i.e:
Unifi Setup:
NBN NTD -> USG / Dream Machine -> Switch -> APs
TP-Link Setup with these units:
NBN NTD -> First TP-Link Device -> back to the switch -> Other two TP-Link Devices.
(This means if your first TP-Link device is mounted on your ceiling, it will need one ethernet cable back to your NBN NTD, and one to your switch).
Are these what I need after my deco m5s?
