Is it better to get wifi 6e axe5400 or wifi 6 AX11000? confused
Here is my two cents:
Your internet speed is most likely 100mbit/s or 250Mbit/s so even WiFi 5 will be enough just for Internet speed. However, if you have NAS at home or Plex type streaming systems then in house network speed becomes important. Another thing to consider how many devices will connect to it.
I have AX6000 model and 50+ devices connected to it. My broadband speed is 250Mbit/s. I have NAS and Plex which steams 4K movies to TVs at home. I do gaming but not competitive :) My AX6000 is good enough for my config at the moment. The only feature I would love to have is 2.5Gbps LAN ports which I would make use of them in the internal network.
So long story short, it really depends for usage style and devices that you have. I would wait WiFi 7 devices to start rolling out which would drop the prices for decent WiFi 6E devices.
How good is this one ? I might get it.
