      Either by opening item in desktop mode and seeing what category is mentioned in bold at top

      Or

      Searching for item on CamelCamelCamel and seeing what the category is mentioned under Product Details header. E.g. category for this one is Electronics

      I've been f***ed over before with the catagory thing. I bought a pressure cooker and apparently it wasn't under kitchen but some other category. Even though on Amazon I clicked on the Kitchen tab. I only use this for cashbacks on Amazon devices now. I just buy giftcards on Shopback now instead

        And I'm sure many will get burnt with this deal as well. E.g. I'm looking at some items which are apparently under the 'Clothing, Shoes & Accessories' category but Shopback (and cashrewards and topcashback too to be fair) don't even have this category but they have 'Shoes, Handbags & Accessories'.

    Can't wait to chase Shopback up for weeks on end to get them to honour yet another "failed" upsized cashback tracking. Funny how all of the normal purchases that aren't upsized or Westpac bonus offers seem to track just perfectly though… 🙄

      The roborocks listed are in the home>household cleaning>vacuums, so they should count towards the Home category. If it works, I'll be keen on getting a roborock too.

    The categories that interest me are almost always 0 cashback (electonics, computering, music, books). I dobt many people buy clothing and accessories from Amazon; their product range has been weak in those areas compared to, say, books and electonic.

    all my Apparel orders tracked at 3.5% does it take time to change to the 15% rate or do i need to contact them ?

      Yup same here. It doesn't look like any of the purchases from this promo have tracked with the upsized rates.
