  • Not bad, but Xtralogic Remote Desktop Client is still my favourite. (due to 'Touchpad mode')

Could you explain a little more about this touchpad mode? I don't use remote desktop often enough to justify $15, but $2 doesn't seem too bad.

PocketCloud (free) works fine for me. But lots of people seem to like this and it's pretty cheap so I bought it anyway - it's gotta be better than something that's free … I hope!

    No Windows 8 support.

I can't see a reason it shouldn't support Windows 8. Win 8 has an RDP server built in, and you can always install a VNC server - both of which are supported by Jump Desktop.

How is it compared to the freeTeamviewer?

This does not require any extra software to be running on your server…

I have used this program for a while now, I went through quite a few different clients on Android before sticking with this one… back when I was looking though many clients were not working well on Tablets as they were designed for phones.

  • Just what I needed, thanks!
