How many grams of whey protein do you get?
Seems like you are getting 5*30g sample packets, cost per kg :
0.019 kg per dollar
Aminoz cost per kg:
0.025 kg per dollar
Since this whey is supposedly 50% more bioavailable, it doesn't seem like such a bad deal considering the 30% price difference. If they consider reducing the price from 70$ per kg, I might consider buying it instead of aminoz.
DIAAS and being '48% more bioavailable' is only relevant if this powder is the only source of protein in your diet.
DIAAS was developed to assess nutrition for developing countries, and it's downright deceiving to use it for protein supplement like this.
You really need to throw in a skull shaker to make this a deal
Should go all the way with your marketing strategy and make it free shipping. XD Probs would see a big spike in clicks.
This is OzBargain, where gym goers care more about the cost per kilo than bioavailabiity of their protein.
But I agree with the other comments, absorb the postage cost and you'll see it take off. These protein supps look good and for $1.58 EA serving it's nice to have with me in my car etc.
As always the OzBargain tradition:
Postage kills the deal
