What will stop me getting my cashback?

Cashback is ineligible on Dom Perignon and Penfolds items

Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

Topcashback has tracked all of my order till now. No issue.

If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

What else is essential?

Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.

Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.

What to do and when?
Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.

  I wonder if alcohol will fall into the same category as betting in the future. Something that we know is bad for us, but yet we do it because occasionally it makes us feel good.

    Govt want the revenue, so they'll keep increasing the taxes and claiming it's for your own good.

  Is this the same rate as the bws offer? FCL and liquorland typically give cashback ex gst so 20% at first choice liquor/liquorland is the same as 18% at bws

  Very disappointed with TopCashback. My cashbacks were never being tracked. I submitted a manual claim for the last Amazon deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/787200) a week ago. This morning, I noticed they only lodged the standard percentage of my order.

  The deal was for "$10 Bonus Cashback on $20+ spend," but there's no record showing this $10 in my account. I don't want to waste more time submitting another request. I will never use this service again.

      It wasn't added before. I had to submit a claim manually. None of my cashbacks were tracked
