I got one of these for free last year as part of the infamous rewards deal. I love it, and use it as my main work keyboard in my office. At home I've been using a Microsoft Sculpt wireless split keyboard, which is also very good, but my wife has taken to using it for her home computer. So I've been looking for another.
The keys on the Lenovo feel like my Macbook's keyboard.
TL;DR I prefer this Lenovo and reckon $85 is a steal so I bought another one.
