That might get you a red card.

I referred a friend of mine, she made a transaction - the transaction has cleared and the money is no longer pending, but the referral bonus still hasn't cleared.

    • That happened to me. Just contact them and ethyl fix it up within a few days. :)

      • They said Ethyl doesn't work there.

        • Autocorrect they’ll

  • Question… I am new to Cashrewards. Can I use my gift card balance on Amazon that the purchase still counts as valid like at Shopback?

    • I don't think you can use your giftcard balance and get the transaction tracked via Cashrewards. It does state in the terms of conditions for the Amazon Australia merchant that:

Cashback is ineligible on the following:
      - Purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.

      • Is Cashrewards still counting it as valid for the requirements to receive the referral $25?

        • If you comply with their referral terms & cashback terms, yeah, I'd believe so. However, I'm not sure, as I haven't participated in this referral event.

      • Gift cards and Amazon credit are different things i believe, with Amazon credit is typically from promotions or refunds.

I've had no issue before with Cashrewards and gift card balance.

  • Well that’s disappointing

  • Can the $20 minimum spend be made up of multiple transactions? Also is that a GST inclusive amount (since cashback is usually tracked based on the GST exclusive amount)?
