Happy with my smart lte watch, which let's me talk & text, stream music, pay, and track workout. But these actual watches add a lot to your personality
Happy with my phone that does the same thing.
I just consider smart watches tech toys not watches
You'd be charging it more than charging a phone if doing all that.Ticwatch pro 3, 2 days battery with LTE. I don't carry my phone most times. I agree phone does a lot more.
Sounds ok, handy if going for a run or something, besides that I think most people wouldn't not take their phone
I'm starting to swap my smart watch for normal watches more and more now.
Yeah nice to have some traditional watches.
Can still use a Garmin for running etc.
I always wear a Fitbit as well on right arm as it's fairly minimal.
While smart watches are useful, there's just too much overlap with phones (unless you don't carry your phone). There's a pretty limited use case (I can glance at my watch instead of glancing at my phone) which is a lot of trouble for something you need to charge every 1-2 days and is fragile.
Exactly and they aren't cheap, another thing to worry about charging every day and the tech goes out of date pretty fast.
I had the brown version of this watch, it was a crowd favourite that got a lot of interest.
I will say however, overall build quality was not amazing (to be expected for the price). Daily adjusting of the time (it ran slightly fast) and eventually seized up after 3 years.
For the price however, I would say it is worth itNot a bad deal for the price but keep in mind that these are made in China. The old mechanical watches from Fossil had Japanese mechanisms whereas the newer ones dont. You will find that the ones made in China will lose time or run too fast over a few months and need servicing more often
Strange when you select the Gold/Black ME3210 model the specs say it's a Quartz movement which requires a battery. However looking around on other sites it appears to indeed be an Automatic. Personally I'm not a fan of the colour combination, I prefer the Brown ME3098 - with replacement black watch band but it's more costly at $277.39.
