To get the price listed in the title you must add one extra item from this list to bump the total over $100 where the $25 discount is applied. The absolute minimum spend of $77.10 is when you add a pair of Havaianas Unisex Top Thongs - Pink Flux in Brazilian size 39/40 for $4. The usual price of the ladder is $98.10 on Catch and $114 plus on eBay.

This ladder is rated at 100kg so it is only intended for domestic use and not industrial or commercial use. If you want/need a ladder with a higher rating class, please look at more expensive options. Personally I find all extension ladders to be slightly terrifying to use, but this one also has some useful extra features as an A-frame ladder.

  Mmmmmm only a 100kg load limit. Rules me out. I'm 6'5" and 120kg. Don't think i would risk it. I need a heavier load-rated ladder. Good price though!
