@MasterScythe: It didn't turn out to be a dishonest employee as they placed the order at the Kograh store account instead of online sales. Orders placed at a particular store are invisible to other stores. The Kograh store canned my order as it couldn't be fulfilled and didn't bother to issue a refund. I spent two months complaining via email / phone and getting ignored. It wasn't until another Oz bargainer posted a link where I was able to trace it to Kograh store.
