  • What category would a Samsung Galaxy Tablet come under? (Computers I assume?)

      • So if camelcamelcamel says Home-Wireless-Electronics-Samsung

Does that come under the Home category?

        • +1

Looking at a samsung tablet as well. 3camels says category is personal computers. Thats for a S8 ultra.
          Its under product details.

Lol 15% for kindle literally an hour ago

    • Cancel and reorder

      • +4

I cancelled and reordered a Kindle at 15% for an unenlightened family member earlier today … now I gotta cancel and reorder the reorder? 😵‍💫

        • +2

Yes why not! That’s ozbargain spirit 😜

    • I ordered a new kindle this morning @ 15% too

    • there's a $30 cap, will it make a difference?

      • If they got the kindle white $187 or lower, then yes.

    • Argh! The delivery for Kindle Paperwhite is Mid Sep?! That is pretty long time for Amazon own device.

      What is your delivery date?

      • yikes last night it said by friday for me.
even that aside theres no point for me to cancel/reorder as the $5 bonus yesterday beats the additional cashback

      • I ordered yesterday and was delivered to me this morning. Got lucky I guess.

      • LOL I ordered on Monday and took delivery tonight. Worth the extra $$$

  • +4

Too late for me. Done with my shopping already.

  • +1

Gets better after I finish shopping :( looks like I'm cancelling and reordering, thanks OP!

  • Just cancelled few orders 😂
    I am reordering…

  • Have made several orders on Amazon through cashback and none are tracking. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. From TGG, Menulog and Boost, it tracked immediately

  • +1

    Electronics 4.0%

particularly hopeful i got 5% on shopback westpac instead

  • I recently had an order cancelled. I paid with gift card and it was refunded back into my Amazon account. Is that now considered Amazon credit and ineligible for cashback?

    • +1

      its still gift card

    • No, it should be refunded to your giftcard balance. You can check your giftcard balance activity

      • It was refunded into Rewards And Balances in my Amazon account. So that is no longer considered as my gift card balance?

  • +1

$30 cap is bit low, but amazing % cashback

    • Dayyyyammm, was gonna cancel and re-order some items that I bought 30 minutes ago but I think I spent the max for capped $30?! anyway….I think?!

  • +1

How do I know what product belongs to which category? Can I see it in the Amazon app or I have to be on the web to see it?

Hi. Please don’t use 3xCamel to determine a category as it could cause tracking issues (they are an affiliate and use their own tracking links). The best way to determine a category is to follow the instructions in my comment below. Thanks :)

            • @tightarse: Hi TA, not a related question. After I made my purchase through Cashrewards and got my full $30 cashback, If I make an another purchase through Cashrewards what will be the cash rates? Thanks

              • +1

@Wandan: Hi. Once you hit the $30 cap, all other purchases will track at $0. The maximum amount you can earn today for Amazon is $30 cashback per member account.

  • +12

Be aware, if cancelling and reordering you may lose the $5 Bonus Cashback on $50 Spend.

    • This. I keep my order as it ends up similar

  • +4

Dang, I want to reorder but my item already shipped, deciding if it's worth the hassle. $30 cap makes it only slightly more so probably not worth the hassle

    EDIT:

Anyone know if the cap resets from yesterday's upsized rates or is it capped $30 across all of Prime day sales?

  • I'm in!

  • Is this popular Cuckoo rice cooker in the kitchen category?

Deal of the day for Prime Members: CUCKOO 6-Cup Electric Heating Smart Rice Cooker, 8 Menu Options, Slow Cook, Non-Stick Inner Pot, Reheat, Keep Warm (CR-0632F) Grey https://amzn.asia/d/aNtHxbc

      • Wait.

        Camels says kitchen.

        Desktop says Home.

        • Very weird categories lol, the one I ordered yesterday was in Kitchen!

        • This is heavy.

          • @McFly: 4.2kgs heavy for a rice cooker?

              • @tightarse: Right. Didn't know Camels tracks you.

                Will cancel and reorder

                • +2

@kickling: You just need to be careful that you re-click from Cashrewards as last click attribution applies. 3xCamels, Google, Finder, Top Bargains, Price Hipster, OzB, Honey, etc etc etc - they're all affiliates. I have this at the base of all my CR posts:

Amazon tracking typically takes 1-3 days to report into accounts (Amazon tracking is not instant). For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from Cashrewards as tracking will be lost. Cashrewards must be your last click (not 3-Camels etc). Try our iOS/Android mobile app for great tracking results. Use our Help Centre & Contact form here for any questions or issues.

                  • @tightarse: Yup, understand. Made sure last click was from CR and green tick on the extension too. Cheers.

              • @tightarse: oh i see, thanks @tightarse, was pantry and foods included in yesterdays cashback?

                • @Chivalry: All categories were included in yesterday's (and today's) rates. Pantry was 1% yesterday, as it is today. Thanks.

      • +1

        Excellent.

        Great price after 20%

    • +1

      Thanks.
Reminds me about buying a new rice cooker. But I think I'll get the smaller 3 cup one for $118. I usually cook rice for 1-2 people only.

    • Just to confirm, this Cuckoo 6-cup on Prime deals is in the "Kitchen & Dining" category. Therefore it will attract today's 20% cashback.

$139.30 less $25.33 CR = $113.97. Cheaper if paying with discounted gift cards.

      Bargain.

  • Thanks OP

Waiting for Amazon to upsize the discount …

Thinking to use my gf's cashrewards account

  • Thanks OP

Cashback is ineligible on the following:
Items purchased from your Amazon wish list or 'saved for later' list.

Anyone tried doing this and still got cashback? I have more than 20 items on the list. It's gonna be much easier for me to just add them to the cart from the list

  • You don’t need to delete them from your wish list. Just open a second browser and search for each of them in Amazon, and add to cart from there rather than your wish list. TA confirmed this is safest.

    • +1

Hi. No, I didn’t say to open a second browser lol :)

      • May be third browser then :)

      • Haha, I meant using the Amazon search to find items on your wish list. The second browser was just my brilliant idea so you can have your wish list open in one browser like Edge while searching and purchasing in Chrome

        • Or just have all items open in their own tab. Then once you've clicked through from CR, refresh each tab, add the item to cart and move on to the next one.

  • Damn it!!! Did it all during yesterdays upsizes and most has shipped, except the 1% things of course 😆 😭

  • This CB stacking with the discounted prices on Amazon devices just shows how much your privacy and your data is how you actually pay for them.

    • Don't buy Amazon devices then - there's two other categories with the same cashback rate, and it's all capped to $30 per member anyway.

  • Is the category kitchen and dining the same as kitchen?

    • I have the same question too. @tightarse can you please confirm.

    • I'm fairly sure that the answer is yes, they're the same category.

Cashrewards should probably just rename the category to Kitchen & Dining on their site.

  • Can I ask what category, home.theatwhr projectors fall under ?

  • Sadly my Amazon purchase yesterday still hasn't tracked - which risks my $3 bonus from the other deal. I'll send a claim once the 7 days have passed.

    Nice upsize though!

  • +4

Anyone having issues with CB tracking purchases of late?

    • Yes, I bought a kindle yesterday. Not tracked yet.

    • I bought a Kindle earlier today and it hasn't tracked yet either.

      • +2

        @ocam, @apprentice, @Krishg

Hi. Are you aware Amazon tracking batch reports just once every day? It's not instant like other stores. Please see here for an update on yesterday's sales. All the best :)

        • +1

          Thanks mate. Makes sense.

        • Mine still hasn't tracked yet. I just submitted a query.

  • Does this work with used item (damaged package) sold by Amazon?

  • More banger cashback upsizings for y'all this Amazon Prime Day!

From the timing of your post, I believe this is only for Day 2 of Prime Day? (12 July)
Otherwise should we expect this level of cashback for stuff we ordered yesterday (Day 1 being 11 July)??

  • So Lego is 7%? Nice
