I got both this and the star destroyer on sale at the same time…I'm still married.
Unless it's money you need (ie to eat, pay bills etc) and she can spend a similar amount on something they want then why not?
I very much doubt you'll ever see this (or any future "remakes") below 1k again. Lego official prices are going through the roof for new sets
I’ve built this, it’s a great display piece but had to spend another $150 or so on a stand and display case, they made it fragile a F#%k…
Just putting on the stand was MEGA stressful.
