Considering that page says clearly "Your order can ONLY contain items from today's newsletter dated 30/8/2012", you'd have no right to complain if they didn't honour this. It's clear it's a mistake that the offer works for other items. Not sure why you'd want the headache.

hardly a bargain. free shipping doesn't make up for warcom's overpriced parts. eg:
billion 7800n warcom: $152 msy: $143
billion 7800nl warcom: $118 msy: $108
