  • So 35% with the two ?

    • +2

my maths says 32% combining both

      • Why would it be 32%? Theyre not giving you 15% cashback on a discounted amount, its individual cashbacks of 15% and 20% on the overall purchase amount.

      • +3

You do not need to overthink by multiplying them, bonus CB is a seperate transaction, just add them up is fine.

But SB is very good at rejecting CB for no good reason, I say this deal is either 0%, 20% or 35%, take your lucky dip.

      • +1

@sydney_kings you are the closest. It's actually 31.5% Cashback if you stack both (cashback on price paid minus gst)

        • +2

Glad someone is on the money :)

It works out to be 31.82% if it all goes through

  • Noooo, i just ordered a case of Paulaner yesterday with Cash Reward. What should i do? Order another one???

    • +5

      Hedge your losses. Order another.

    • +1

If still haven't picked up yet, don't pick up and get refunded.

  • Is there any good Westpac bonus point credit card?

  • Did anyones track?

    • mine just tracked. ordered ~3:15pm, picked up at ~6pm, tracked ~7:47pm.

  • +2

Damn those exclusions. Was going to wash my Grange down with some Dom Perignon.

  • Can you combine the shopback cashback along with Firstchoice liquor promo code of 25OFF? Promo code is not listed on the shopback website. Anyone have experience with this?

    • +3

If its not listed, you are better off not using it.

    • I think on-site codes may actually be fine even if not listed for FCL/Liquorland, at least it was, not sure if that's still the case.

  • +1

is this per transaction for both rates or per user? Shopback is per transaction unless otherwise stated correct?

    • +1

Yes it's usually per transaction unless stated. I wonder if that goes for the Westpac Bonus too?

      • Per transaction for both (always has been for eBay so should be same here).

        • ok test run time, doing 2 transactions of $100 to see what happens

  • Did this deal with true 20 + 15% track for anyone?

  • -1

    Is this for spirits aswell?

    • +1

      Yes.

  • $30 tracked on a $105 order plus $7 delivery. Effectively 26%.

  • cashback is upsized at 25% now (without Westpac). so much for happy hour!

    • +1

I think that might be for Hahn products only.

  • +1

Mine tracked but incorrect calculations for both SB and Westpac. Not sure why…

    • Same here. To confuse it further, the Westpac 15% tracked at a higher $ value than the Shopback 20%…!? Both are well below what they should be (ex.GST)

      • Send the SB rep a message. No worries about it getting fixed.

        • +1

I do understand that, but it's not really the point… we shouldn't have to chase it up and the rep have to spend time fixing it, because the SB system should work as it's supposed to. This isn't a new problem…

  • did anybody's cashback track incorrectly?

    • ^^

    • I think you should be asking, Did anybody's cashback track correctly?

  • Hey @gotyourback, There's a big issue on this deal. Lots of cashback tracked incorrectly for Shopback or the Westpac top-up. Please deal with this in one go instead of everyone having to raise cases individually.

    • Hey mate, I'll reach out to our tech team so they can take a look into the issues to see if it's possible for us to rectify in one go, cheers for flagging! Will update here should I hear back ASAP.

    • Hey mate, having a closer look at this and would appreciate some examples to be able to pass on the team, would you mind reaching out to me via DM with your account details + a screenshot of your order confirmation? This can be done by either uploading the screenshot to OzBargain Files or via Imgur and send me a link to it here. Would be really helpful as our team can't see any issues on our end so it's potentially an issue with how these orders were tracked on First Choice's end so need to follow up with them.

      Cheers in advance!

      • dm-ed my example, thanks

      • dm-d my example.

I suspect that the cashback cap is probably kicking in - probably including a previous purchase from recent deal into the calculations.

      • +1

Has this been resolved yet? My cashback is still at the wrong rate. I keep getting a message from the automated ShopBack support that it will be fixed 1 week after purchase, but it's now almost 3 weeks and still wrong.

        @gotyourback , any update?

        • Hey mate, do apologise for the delay here mate, as this was an issue on First Choice and Liquorland's end, we aren't able to fix it from our end and are working with FCL and LL on a solution. We're doing our best here as we're determined to get this fixed up before the Cashback is paid out in a few weeks time. Thanks for bearing with me!

          • @gotyourback: 2 weeks on and no change on my end? What's the plan to fix this?

            • @xwx: Hey mates, shoot me a message with your ShopBack email address and I'll get the team to take a look at your transactions specifically to get this fixed up, unsure what the issue is but happy to get this chased up.
