Bought a pair of these a while ago as a gift, super poor quality. Wool pulled right off quite easily and looked like something on par with Kmart quality. Didn’t even end up gifting it.
Yeah i'll second this. The upper and sole of mine had come apart and winter isnt even over yet.
I've had mine for about a year. Within about 6 months of semi-daily wear, every single point where my foot contacts the sole is just rubber now. All the wool is gone. They're still comfy enough for me not to want to replace because wool on top is still intact… but I'd not buy another pair of these
Can confirm. Bought a pair in a deal earlier this year. Within a few days of wear, I noticed fluff everywhere. Bald patches quickly developed where my feet made contact with the slippers.
Threw them out within 6 months. So if you purchase these, just know that it will lose all of the wool and you'll need to replace them after several months.
They are VERY poor quality.
In comparison I had a pair of Peter Alexander ones I wore for years before they were bald and I replaced with these. Never again.
These fall apart after 6 months and the comfort is like being barefoot on concrete fyi

Many reported on poor quality. I tried to ignore all reports… Bought last summer due to the good price. Used them 2 months during 2022 winter, they started falling apart…

Also adding to the feedback that I purchased from this store before, and the product quality was not good at all. After about 6-8 weeks, the bottom layer started falling apart. Don't recommend.
The lambswool where the heel sits wears away completely after a few short weeks.
I am not sure about the quality of this for wear and tear. Got a pair for wifey in April and the wool lining at the heel is completely bald/bare now. Maybe is just a bad batch?

I bought another pair last year and the sole peeled off both pairs within a month or two. They repaired them at their cost, but they are starting to peel apart again. Might get a second winter out of them, just. Maybe there was a change in quality?
Awful seller, worst customer experience and it upsets me that they still try to get into this great community. The negative reviews are real guys and I went through it two years ago. Be aware!
These guys are frauds! They asked for my order number previously to try and’ look good’ and appear like they’re providing the best service but never cared to follow up! What a load of garbage quality scuffs. Would not bother wasting my money on this. Better to spend on better quality and pay more to get value for your money. Don’t waste your time and money. Appalling customer service.Also the Rep went a bit too far last post attacking members & getting personal.

I honestly don't get this, I've been wearing them every day since I first posted them back in May 2019 and I've only been through two pairs in those 4 years and didn't wear a hole in the sheepskin on either pair. I almost always wear socks with mine though so maybe that's it. I love 'em and the girlfriend is always stealing them. I'd grab a pair now but shipping kills the deal for me, for $30 shipped they're amazing but $45? I'm not too sure.
@Cheaplikethebird: People attack this seller with a pack mentality, it happens on OzBargain. You'll never see any of them present an alternative better quality product at a better price either.
Most people who wear these out quick, it's more than likely their weight that's the issue, not the UGGs.

Not a big fan of these, I got a pair a while ago and soles are really flimsy. Got a different pair from ugg direct that are much comfier.

I've bought the Ian slides from Ugg Australia and they're fine. I was going to get these, but I'd have to buy 3 pairs to get the free shipping (2 for me, 1 for a gift). So you're saying that the Ian slides from Opal Ugg definitely aren't the same as the Ian slides from Ugg Australia. That sucks. I think I've seen the Ugg Australia Ian slides on sale for maybe $38?? it was a while ago though. Oh well I guess I'll wait for the Ugg Australia Ian slides to go on sale then. They probably shouldn't give them the same name if there's a major difference in quality, makes it confusing.

Was waiting for these guys to post a deal a few weeks ago as the ones I got a couple years ago had lost all their "fluff" (daily wear, even during summer!). Found out they're banned from OZB for reasons mentioned above.
So I reluctantly pulled the trigger on a full price $64 inc postage. Wearing them now, full fluff and feet are warm. I've had about about 4 or so pairs over the past decade. I keep buying them because they're comfy and usually <$50 delivered I consider great value.
Fake RRP, poor quality and even worse customer service.

These are fine. People seem to have more issue with the rep than the actual product. I usually get a pair of these every 2 years and they see a lot of use. Usually just the wool that gets worn after that long. Work from home too, so pretty much always wearing them
I've had a similar experience. But hey, if someone can suggest something better for the same price I'm happy to give it a go. Of course they never do.
4 pairs of the Ian's in use in our house and no problems whatsoever with them here too. Perfect for winter with our cold timber floors.
