    In withdraw money I can see my bank name and last four digits of my account number. Does it store from where I transferred money? It doesnt let me validate the account details so quite lost

    Today is not my lucky day lol. The deposit to moomoo got blocked by the bank due to a fraud alert. Called them 3 times as they were very reluctant to unblock it. Then proceeded to get 8 AMC + 2 GME. Well free money is free money anyway. Thanks for the info.

        I appreciate them protecting my money btw, just hope the process of unblocking suspicious transactions could go more easily. They hire a 3rd party service to handle this fraud detection job and imagine my surprise to get an email from a company I never heard about (the 3rd party service) telling me to contact them to unblock the bank transaction (sounds like a scam lol). Contacted them twice since the guy wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing and got told to contact the bank to confirm again. Called the bank later today and went through a bunch of questions to get the money go through.

        Really wish to not have to go through that experience again. Still appreciate them solving the issue quickly though.

    I'm having an issue where Australia doesn't show in the countries list when signing up. It has Singapore, Macau etc. Anyone know how to fix this?

      I think you get 5 shares when they make a trade and they will also get an extra 2.

    ANZ' incompetency knows no bounds. I transferred the funds on Thursday and rang to find out they had quarantined the payment and locked my ANZ account. I confirmed it's a legitmate transaction and asked for it to be released. Yesterday, funds were still not showing up on moomoo. Rang ANZ and spoke to someone after being on hold for 20 mins. Transferred me to another department and waited for 2 hours only to be told the idiot before transferred me to the wrong department. Gave up then.

    Woke up this morning to a missed call and an email from ANZ saying they detected suspcious activity and locked my account yet again! Rang them and they asked me various stupid questions to ensure I wont be liable for any compensation from them if this payment is a scam. Final kick in the teeth, the payment was rejected anyway and funds returned to my account so have to put through the payment again after all of that. Unbelievable.

    I hate you ANZ.

    How long does it take to verify a bank account for withdrawal? I tried to withdraw my $2k yesterday and did the verification with a screenshot of my statement, thought it would go in overnight while the US markets were open. Woke up this morning and its still verifying, do i have any chance of getting it over the weekend?

      My account was verified in 5:30hours and I got a notice of the transfer completion 2 hours later. It showed up in my account around 4 hours after that.

      As to chances getting it over the weekend I couldn’t say.

    There are currently two types of referral links that people are entering into the system. Please note that the j.moomoo links may or may not give you the 2 extra Superstar stocks, if you signed up using the normal /invite-code.moomoo.com links then you should get 10+2 stocks in total. The J.moomoo links are for a previous referral campaign that is still running.

          Deposits/transfers are usually settled in the afternoon with banks. Mine show up between 4pm-6pm.

          So the fact it was processed on the afternoon of the Friday would typically mean it show up up on the afternoon of the next business day, being Monday.

          Nothing to worry about yet.

    I sold my bonus shares last week but I am unable to convert the USD to AUD to withdraw it. Did anyone else see this issue? When I go to convert currency, it says I dont have enought USD to convert… weird..

      Use a few cents of your $2000 to buy a cheap share ie MULN to get 2 more free spins, then withdraw.
      Or you can withdraw now, sell the shares when you can and use that to buy your share for 2 more spins. Up to you.

    But also

    Also, within 180 Days of new registeration, trade will be free.

    So all trades are free before 15th of next month (one full month if you sign up on 14th, but only 2 weeks if you sign up on 31st) AND all trades are free for the first 180 days.

    So the first thing doesn't matter cos it's free for 180 days anyway.

    Such a confusing and complex app, and strange that there seems to be no website. I like the free spins etc. but selfweath is so much easier to use and navigate.
