    I have received an email from funds.futuau.com

    It says
    "
    Dear Client,
    We are unable to process your transfer of ##AUD due to the following reason:

    1. Insufficient information is provided for the transfer

    To proceed with your deposit, please provide additional information via:"

    It then has link. When i click the link it says for me "in order to locate your transfer as soon as possible, please let us know more about your transfer details "
    It then wants me to put the $amount , then a proof of payment picture and a proof of bank statement.

    Is this legit!??? Did anyone else experience this?

      yes, if you use some internet bank only to deposit, it may happen. One of my friends used Revolut, he had the same issue. Then, he provided a screenshot of the payment and the bank statement, the fund arrived shortly. I think if we use big four bank, it is not necessary.

      In the same boat, but some banks (e.g. CBA) have security measures in place to "hold" first time payments for up to 24 hours.

    I just contacted their support after 12hrs wait on payID and they expedited the transfer for me. I'm assuming they've been flooded with requests overnight and are catching up on the backlog. Thanks for posting this great deal!

    Got my kyc approved fairly quickly but still waiting on my payid transfer from ubank to come through.
    Has anyone transferred via ubank? What were the transfer times like?

      Yeah I did ubank and after 7 hours got an email from moomoo saying that
      "Dear Client,
      We are unable to process your transfer of 2001.00 AUD due to the following reason:

      1. Insufficient information is provided for the transfer

      To proceed with your deposit, please provide additional information via:"

      Had to upload screenshot of transaction and a statement with my deets. Seems a bit sus but in too deep now.

      Edit: good news is that once provided it came through very quickly. (5 mins)

        I had to do that too. I think it’s because ubank statements only show initial and last name, whereas Moomoo wants full name matching your ID.

          It took a few minutes as well but eventually the free spins/reward appear.
          Just go to the app > 'me' tab then hit the my rewards.
          It will eventually appear for you to click and then a spinner will appear with 10 spins

          like $10AUD, made the trade then converted back before withdrawing.
          I ended up withdrawing $1998.05AUD so $1.95AUD to make the MULN trade+fee.

      From what I understand, these shares are a gift and not taxed at their base price. If you sell your 140 USD shares for 160 USD, your CGT would be 20 USD.

          I'm still waiting for my deposit to hit my MooMoo account. It's been 36 hours. Used CBA to make the transfer. I'm getting worried now, because it is no longer showing "Pending" under my CBA transaction history, but nothing on the other side.

          Yup, a bit over 24 hours. It’ll show up eventually. If it says ‘pending’ your money’s safe—it’s just CBA holding it.

              @Omarko: Yup you get a message once it goes through.

              Bonus shares are pretty quick. You get them once your deposit comes in, then once you make your first purchase. You’ll get a prompt to go to the web page with the roulette, and it’ll show you have spins left.

      CBA, Bankwest, and all the major banks have actually put in security measures to reduce the number of Australians getting scammed. PayID payments to new accounts over $100 will take multiple hours to limit losses. It may be annoying now, even though you know it was you, but it has definitely saved a lot of people's money.

        I just dont see the point of safety measures like ANZ Shield where you have to do 2FA to submit a payment and yet they still block the payment or hold it for 24 hours. It's a joke.

      The app will let you know. I just had one come through, presumably from the OzB referral system.

      Looking at the T&Cs, you can only get the referral bonus 3 times for a total of 15 extra stocks. Referrers should take their links out of the OzB rotation once they hit the limit.
