Surely they could’ve made this one all day

    • +2

Can't you order now and pick up later? I did it yesterday for the zinger crunch meal

    • +2

Macca did have this all day as well as the $1 McChicken deal

  • +1

    ehhhhhhhhhhh

  • +7

$19.16 for Cheap as Chips meal, pretty good

    • +1

It didnt work for me..is promo valid everywhere?

      • Works for me yes it’s everywhere select the promo before then do the order

        • +1

The promo applied at checkout? So weird, it still showing full price all the way to add payment prior to click order.

Edit- i reinstalled the app, it works now!

  • Was hoping to use it with the family burger meal but doesn’t work -_- kinda useless for me now

    • -2

Zinger was way drier than I remembered when I had it for $1 the other day. Would stay away from the burgers.

      • The zinger burger I had yesterday was able to be customised up to 5 times without any additional charges

Well that could compensate if the Zinger was gonna come out dry aha

  • +6

looks like i am going to suddenly feel sick and need to go home early around 430

    • +2

You just need to order between 3-5pm, and pick up the same day before the store close.

  • boring…

  • +9

The 20% off is hardly any good value. Ik people will say any discount is a good discount but yesterday's Zinger Crunch was 61% off, Pizzas are going for 50% off + 7% cashback. Why would I take the 20% offer if I can get better value elsewhere lol?

    • +10

I guess some people live their lives without being slaves to marketing. Poor souls. They’ll die poor, with nothing to show for it except quality over quantity. Fancy some KFC right now? Sorry, the conditions are not optimum, says some random bargain site

      • @tharlow are you implying that people who are slaves to marketing are rich and they prefer quantity over quality. It has to be opposite lol. This deal isn't good enough given the hype.

        • -1

          It must be sarcasm

    • Okie Karen would you like extra Salt on yours

    • +4

Not everyone wants pizza/burgers. Sometimes you just want 21 pieces of kentucky fried chicken.

      • +1

21 pieces for $32.76 after 20% off compared to the old Tuesday 9 pieces deal for $10.95 if I remember correctly which is still good for a larger family

        • +2

Me sitting at work with 21 pc for night shift: family

      • haha not everyone wants pizza/burgers/21 pieces, all I want is the best deals :D

    • Speaking of competitions, haven't seen any good deals from Macca for awhile

      • -3

Not competition (waiting on Monopoly to return lol), Maccas has weekly targeted promos send to your email every Fri and they're there for single use. I don't post those on OzB because the range of items can vastly vary between individuals and mostly its beef burgers which I prefer to stay away from. This week the ones I liked were $4 small meal (chic & cheese or filet o fish) and $2 McFlurry

        • I got a $7 small McChicken meal which is a sad face

    • +1

The Giant Snack Pack or Family Burger Box are already highly upvoted deals by themselves, so with the extra 20% off become even better value…

Hardly seems fair to compare 50% off dough with hardly any toppings. Also domino’s is like always 30% off so 50% off domino’s is like technically 20% off their normal price.

      • +1

@Savas - I understand your perspective. Remember some of us think from individual point of view, some as couples, some as families, we've got a good diversity here. If you're an individual - you may see the 50% off Pizza or Giant Snack Pack + free survey drink as a better option than trying to get your cart to $15 just to get a $3 discount.

  • I can see the promo but it didn’t apply at check out

  • +3

Still good value if you are buying it for the whole house because other deals were single meal purchase only and as good as that zinger is cant really share it. Say with build your own 65.8$ for 12*5=60 pieces of original receipe.

Im a loner so i will sit this one out

  • +3

I got the cheap as chips and burger feast for $45.52 and they forgot my supercharged sauces but gave me 12 tenders and an extra 6 nuggets by accident, didn’t notice till I got home… Happy with that I guess

    • Nice deal 👍🏽

    • thats alot, how dumb is that from them lol but you scored so who cares haha

  • +5

I always park my car in the parking lot and count my chicken pieces as they always miscount and I have to call and complain

    • -1

      same experience

    • +1

Wow you are dedicated to the cause.

    • Yes happed to me once. Better to count and resolve

  • +1

bugger was checking out and it said promo invalid 5pm sharp

  • Not a good deal compared to others so far

    Wait, what?…

  • After rejecting kfc store offer to be replaced with wicked wings i was told to wait 15 minutes as they need to cook it. They gave me 6 wings in pack of 8 for cheap as chips

  • +1

I know I’m echoing sentiment already expressed here a million times, but this new app is DOG SHIT.
If you add the promo BEFORE having an eligible dollar amount in your cart, it (profanity) up and short of reinstalling the app you can not fix it.

  • Better than KFC chicken is KFC chicken immediately frozen and then later defrosted (in a microwave oven) and reheated in an air-fryer. It's amazingly good! Just saying.😃

    • +2

Even better than that is any of the 40 odd free range chickens on my front yard that piss me off, roosters you've been warned. 🤣

  • +1

I daresay it’s at least better than the first one which didn’t work at all.

  • -1

    I sure missed this deal.

Nobody voting it into top of front page anymore??

    • You can subscribe to all kfc deals so you get notification.

      • check ozb homepage more than i check kfc app hahaha
shouldve been a quick 30+ deal

also i dont want all the kfc notifs

        • Then check the deals page

          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals

If you only ever view ozb homepage, you're missing out on a lot of deals that could be relevant to you. You are also not upvoting good deals that could potential hit front page like this one.
