@m0usju1c3: Also there was a lot of dodgyness around not replacing faulty products, hard sell on extended warranties and staff with poor product knowledge up-selling people stuff they didn't need for higher commissions. It's better than it used to be and they were fined multiple times in the past for violations.
I've also had a lot of trouble with their click and collect where they either don't send me notifications when the item is ready, or they do send me a notification but when I get there it isn't ready and they are running around looking to see if they actually have it in stock. Both of these things have happened to me more than once. And so now I phone up to check regardless and the person on the other end of the phone is always low-key rude that I am asking.
