Good price for a healthy seed mix. Goes well on porridge or in a smoothie :)

Ingredients
Buckwheat, Sunflower Kernels, Linseed, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Millet Seeds, Chia Seeds, Poppyseeds, Natural Sundried Sulphate Free Raisins, Lions Mane, Chicory Root and Monk Fruit Powder.

Buckwheat - around 7.50 a kilo (I buy cheaper though)
Sunflower kernels - around $6 a kilo
Linseed - around $6 a kilo.
Etc.

Ingredients go by volume - the bigest volume in the mix to the smallest.

Not a good value at all, even reduced. And that's why I mix my own.
