I bought a bunch of scanpan IQ few mths ago and was looking for a square grill to sear beef before putting it in the oven. I'll have look at your link.
I bought a Scanpan Ceramic Titanium fry pan last week, and love it. So much better than the old school nasty Teflon. This seems to be made of similar stuff so should good to use, no idea if this price is good though.
