    I wouldn't recommend 1 serving of 300mg caffeine to begin with 😆

  • Are there any other companies that label single/double serves? I think it's interesting albeit unusual.

    • LEGIT do it.. kinda helps if you want to wind back the dose a bit.

honestly I just want a pre-workout that doesn't have caffeine but has all the other stuff.

      • Ie a non stim?

        • I don’t mind other stims, just want caffiene wound back.

    • Super common in the gym supplement industry. 1 scoop is great for your normal sessions while 2 scoops is great before going for a bigger sesh.

Nearly every preworkout I've bought over the past few years has single/double servings on their label. Usually it's the double serving that gives you the clinical dose of each ingredient, so that 50 serve tub is actually a 25 if you want the clinical dose

  • Still trying to get through the 4 tubs of moisture damaged citrus pine you sent me from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/738248 7 months ago.

Takes about 30minutes to dissolve an unknown quantity (is 1 scoop of dry equivalent to 1 scoop of moist product?) so not the best experience.

    • Hey! We're extremely sorry about your previous experience with our last pre-workout. All of these issues have now been resolved in our new batch. Super unfortunate that it happened as it is still good to use just clumped.

      • Just not heaps keen to trust your company again after getting burned buying 4 tubs of a “clumped” product.

Even if it’s still safe to consume it’s not good to use. It doesn’t dissolve but what’s worse is you no longer can measure out a standard dose. So no way of knowing how much caffeine etc you are taking.

        • Don't own digital scales? I tend to weigh my servings so I always know how much I'm taking. I've had some where I needed less than a flat scoop to hit a serving size, some required a slightly heaped one

  • Good to see you removed the creatine

    • Not a fan of creatine? A mate is suggesting it to me, anything to be aware of?

      • There is just no point of it in a pre workout and at the small dose in the orignal product. Take creatine every day… so no point it being in something you may only use on training days.

  • Zion is a great national park

I have been making my own pre

    • 5g Beta
    • 5g Citrulline
    • 500mg Tyrosine
    • 1g Taurine
    • 100mg Caffeine

Only problem is getting a good flavour, any tips on a powder I could add? Currently make each individual then add cordial before I head off.

Adding curry powder tends to mask the other flavours and it's ok once you get used to it

  • Might want to rephrase the wording on your website OP. Currently sounds like all 200 of the first 200 will win a free years supply.

    • Thanks mate! Our website team have changed that now. It's 1 in 200 chance to win.
