Would you agree that it's an 18+ build? My kid has been begging me for this and it doesn't look any more complicated than the sets he builds.
Wasn't complicated at all, much like the gold infinity gauntlet or the Seinfeld/friends/queer eye stage sets or a lot of the 18+ marked stuff. Easier than most of the larger Technic stuff
18+ is generally just the intended target market, not necessarily a more difficult build. I'm a long way from a Lego expert but didn't find it hard. My wife builds a lot more than I do and says it was simple by her standards.
I wouldn't think so it was my first time building Lego and the pictures/instructions are very easy just make sure they take their time

@zerog101: You just have to check who the item is sold AND shipped from. If they are both Amazon, then you should be safe.
