No brainer to jump on this if you need a TV at this price point
How do you get them for that price ?
I'm a perks member but showing as $1596Hey, there is a perks code that was sent to your email. Use that discount code in the checkout and you will see the prices listed. If you do not have a code, feel free to message me and I'll let you use mine as I have 2.
Cheers thanks ill check email
Hey mate can i get one of those codes? Thanks
Is that code only for that user or doesn't matter?
Hey mate can i get one of those codes? Thanks
@superforever: don't think it matters. you have an extra one by any chance? :)
Email for 10% off just came through
Hmm lost $100 should have waited … 😫
Please hand in your OzB cert.
How is it?
Anyone kind enough to provide me their code? Thanks in advance.
PM'd you
Thank you!
The Question is will it further be reduced ? as we are at the EOFY don’t know whether to wait or buy this one the only concern is FOMO ?
The newer mode is TCL c845 that available from BingLee. An updated version of this. More brighter if you want to wait and pay much more. TCL c835 in this price tag is very good by comparison with IPS panel Hission H80U. It's my 5c opinion.
There is also the risk of it going EOL
AVA, who appear to be the distributor for TCL consumer TV's in Aus, have it listed as EOL - limited stock remaining
TCL Australia is the distributors of the TCL brand in Australia, Avad is just a wholesaler.
Thanks for clarifying. Do you know if this model will go EOL soon?
Very good price if can get one for $1076
I brought Sony 65x90k instead for extra money. I wish Sony 90k TV has better image quality for their extra price tag.
Does the sony perform better at wide viewing angles?
Both have almost same VA panel from same manufacturer. Viewing angle wisely, they're same.
How much you pay for the 65 X90K? I'm so keen for another price drop on that
Hi guys, would be much appreciated if i could get a code? Thank you
Check your pm
Damn, no stock within 200km so can't even get delivery. I'm hoping Appliance Central drop their price in response (like last time).
Definitely can't go wrong at that price for the 75C835.
https://www.energyrating.gov.au/
try here compare the TV you are interested, TV is tested at 10hr/day for 1 year (few years ago, not sure now), so how much you save will depend how much you use.cheers
This or the 75X90K? TCL has 3 yr warranty too. Sony has 1!
I wouldn't worry about warranties when we have ACL. My Sony X9000H had a small issue after 2.5 years (out of warranty); Sony replaced the entire mainboard for free under ACL.
I had an order from few weeks ago at like $100 higher, any chance of cancelling and reordering? Also it's slow delivery and on backorder if anyone's thinking of pulling the trigger.
Just use online chat and get them to price match?
I'm curious if this 75" television can fit inside the Kluger 2022
Put it on the roof
It would. I put one in my Prius which is much smaller than Kluger.
Transported it flat?
Yep
I'm curious to know this too as they say that ""All TVs must be transported standing up and should be moved in their packaging to avoid damage."
I don't think it'll fit a Kluger in standing position. Will have to transport it flat.
The box is huge. I would be surprised if it fits.
It would be wiser to pay them for their delivery services.
Standing no.i have a outlander and the 55 inch was the max it can fit in standing position.
No brainer. I dont regret buying this at double the price less than a year ago.
OMG. This would be an instant buy for me if I didn’t already pay $1600 for it about a month ago. 😭
Same. Very happy with it
Anyone have experience or looking into wall mounting the 65"? Is it difficult to connect the mount to the TV?
How would the Hisense X9HAU that's on sale at the moment with Perks for $1609.20 compare to this TV?
Hisense are garbage, please remove them from your list. This is a much better buy.
That TV was like $1350 a week ago with a $100 gift card from Harvey Norman
Are you sure 65" X9HAU?
Yeah, it's listed for $1788 - 10% from perks = $1609.20
https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/hisense-65-x9hau-4k-uhd-o…
oh no sorry I was referring to the mini-led (U9HAU) its a similar model number, I just checked and you referring to the Oled.
In this case you can't really compare this TCL with the Hisense, Mini-led = wanna be Oled but it isn't.
I have no idea about TV tech. How does this compare to OLED?
It doesn't. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of it.
It definitely does in some areas and doesn’t in others.
I’d recommend it over one if you can’t use your TV in a very dark room
At a cost. Yes, it's brighter but only if you can tolerate blooming.
i think OLED has better picture as long as your TV isn't in a super bright room or facing windows. As OLED TV isn't as bright as mini LED TV.
Anyone got a code have a jb link to purchase something and was waiting for a code not a perk I don’t get these anymore
Begging for a code, Thanks!

Many thanks in advance.Tip: call jb customer service line, and they will add it for you as long as you signed up to perks. Happy shopping!
Wow. I wonder if you get the pixel they would allow you to instant use the 150 gift card?!
Just signed up for JB Perks and instantly got the code in my email. Quick purchase - thanks for the post! Almost paid near full price yesterday due to FOMO from the last wave of deals on this TV.
Should we get the JB Hi-Fi Extra Care: Repair Cover for $160?
Do you have home contents insurance? If yes, no.
3 year warranty unlike samsung with 1 year
I love how they call it "Extra Care" when it's quite literally extended warranty LOL.
Thanks ordered one! Delivery 1 June.
That is a great price, a paid $1196 for the 65" not even 2 weeks ago, what a spew
Shame no more 55”.

@digitalerr0r: Dear JB Hi-Fi Customer Service,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent purchase I made on the JB Hi-Fi website. On the product page, it was clearly stated that free delivery was included with the purchase of the TV I bought. However, upon completing the transaction, I realized that I was charged an additional $59 for delivery.
Given the fact that the website clearly advertised free delivery, I went ahead with the purchase to ensure I did not miss out on the TV. However, I was disappointed to discover the discrepancy after the transaction was completed. As a loyal customer of JB Hi-Fi, I have always valued the company's commitment to providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
I kindly request that you review my purchase details and refund the $59 delivery charge, as it was not included as advertised on the JB Hi-Fi website. I have attached the order confirmation and relevant documents for your reference.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I hope that JB Hi-Fi will rectify this situation promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving the issue. Please let me know if any further information is required from my end.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
Yours sincerely,
[Your Name]
[Your Contact Information]@digitalerr0r: Thanks , what their email adress can’t find it online ? Cheers
Anyone know how this tv compares to the previous ozb deal for half price $900 AUD https://www.samsung.com/au/tvs/uhd-4k-tv/au9000-crystal-uhd-…
I was in a similar situation like yours i went with the c835 the picture and tech seems way better then what samsung have to offer… but if youre asking can you justify the price gap probs not apart from the tech difference.. its like say 900 aud or oled .. it just depends on ur requirements/uses.. etc.. gl
Been looking at the 65 for ages. Close to pulling the trigger. Only concern is how thick it is compared to other TVs. Anyone care to share some real world photos on an entertainment unit?
I’ve upgraded from a normal LED and it’s barely any thicker than the old one.
It’s honestly not noticeable.
Does anyone with the 75" one have the lagging issue like the comments on this post?
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/770880Can we return if it does suffer from that
I read those comments aswell just after I purchased my 75C835 and was alittle concerned. Whoever if you read up on the whirlpool thread of this TV it seems like an isolated issue.
My TCL has been pretty damn good after tweaking the picture settings
Thanks would you be able to elaborate what picture settings did you try/change ?cheers
I used settings that were posted on whirlpool by AlinD and just tweaked a little for my liking

Bloody good prices.
