This deal from @rosebank got me looking at cheap keyboards again. Like OP's controversial rainbow crocs, the colour's OK for home but not my work look. But I found a transparent one for $24.49.

Blue switch only. Red switch shows an insane $144.

A quick googleshop shows silly prices and $37.34 at ebay.

    I have a wireless version of this kb, you can turn off the blingy coloured lights.

    Not bad for ~29 with some sort of non-Cherry blue switches.

      Yeah, I normally just pick one colour to use as a backlight. I got the wired for $19, have a few wireless ones already
