These things taste horrible - I tried 5 flavours last year from some cheap/free deal that was posted and they are all rubbish - chucked in the bin.

Others game similar feedback on here so be warned……

    • Hey there! We have since reformulated some of our bars to improve on the taste and quality, and they are much better now. We have lots of positive reviews online, but thank you for your feedback and we will pass this onto our product team.

The bars from last year were a new formulation too I was told - how many goes do you need to make an edible protein bar?

I don't normally bag out a product/business but these were gross.

In regard to online reviews the ones on your website (all 5 star) are obviously fake/paid promotions - people aren't stupid - surprisingly my one star review never appeared….

  • soap bars?

  • I got them when they were cheap/free deal as well, I thought half were good tasting and half were okay.

    Solid 7/10 and the flavors I didn't like 5/10.

  • I've had a bite of the lamington bar before (benefit of being a seagull?) and thought it was pretty decent. Didn't like the peanut butter one but ymmv

  • Like others, I've given these a few chances when they where cheap in the supermarkets. Most of them tasted barely edible. They are high in calories for the weight. Not to mention most of the macros come from carbs/sugar and fat - that's a terrible combination for the health conscious.

    • Calorie breakdown: 96.8 protein, 49.5 fat, 77.2 carbs - that's not a terrible macro combination. Looking at the ingredients these are on the healthy end of the scale when looking at protein bars.

Not all fats created equal. Better to eat a healthier, higher calorie bar that gives greater/longer satiety than a lower calorie alternative with less fat, lower quality protein, processed ingredients, more additives etc

I've only tried the chocolate flavour of these and I like them, they are definitely different to other protein bars though. I've given them to 2 other people, neither liked them, my partner is starting to come around though. To me they're only worth it on a significant sale.
