    When you are lodging complaints, expect to wait a long delay. They said 10 business days, but it is actually for someone to advise you that they received the complaints and has been assigned to a case manager. Then they have no idea when it will be responded. Becoming worst and worst their service. Plus almost all Chinese Remedial massage place has been removed from their preferred list.

  • If they waived 12 month waiting period but had to stay on for 12 months, I would have most likely signed up

      No wish gift card and selection on gift card is very limited. There are adidas, iconic, hello fresh, fitbit, amcal, etc. Redemption rate is 100 points for $1.

      You can also redeem for some Apple products. Some examples:
      Apple Watch Series 8 GPS + Cellular 45mm Midnight Aluminium Case = 84000 points;
      Apple Watch Ultra GPS + Cellular, 49mm Titanium Case with Starlight Alpine Loop - Medium = 130000 points

      • yeah the gift cards aren't great. even something like adidas you can't stack them with vouchers.

      • Already have nearly 10000 points and waiting for my 25000 to be added.

    • no wish cards - they have only Amcal, Onsport, Adidas, Brooks, HelloFresh, The Iconic. You can spend points on premiums, but only 20k points per year.
      You can get Apple Watch 8 GPS+Cellular + Airpods 2nd gen for 101 000 points.

      • Is premium cap of 20k per annum per adult member in family policy?

    • Been wanting to do the same too, but with my current 'no longer for sale' plan, it is too good not to stay. I am currently can claim up to 90% of extras with their provider. I am unable to find others that offer the same with less premium, unless I am overlook

      • Regardless of your perceived value of the not-for-sale plan, if you are not churning through '6 weeks free' and similar offers, you are paying too much.
