  • I'm still on the fence about an air fryer. Everyone who has one reckons it's the best, but I just can't see how it's better/easier than using my oven?

Anyway, is this as good as the Ninja Airfryer Deluxe?

    • Airfryer vs oven difference:

Heats up in a fraction of the time so reduced energy costs.

Has a larger heating element and fan to volume ratio than an oven, so you get hot moving air that seems to make things crispier.

  • The only thing I don't like about it is that it's impossible to clean up behind the element. It's getting filthy up there, and I can't stop it :(

I discovered if you stop looking at it the problem eventually goes away.

    • Do you mean beneath the basket and Isn’t that removable ?

      • +1

No, up behind the element where the fan is - above the basket :)

  • Got this 2 months ago for $125 - been loving it for quick snacks like takoyaki balls and spring rolls

    Thanks OP. Pulled the trigger.

  • Have this, its great.

  • What's the difference between this and the Instant Vortex Plus ClearCook?

  • I was skeptical about whether I should buy an air fryer for the longest time, but I have no regrets. This is a great unit and I barely use my oven or stove anymore. If you're thinking of pulling the trigger, just do it.

    • same, hesitated for ages and now we use it all the time, even the kids love it

  • Got this early this year during one of these offers and it Instantly replaced the terrible Philips.
Easy to use, easy to clean, efficient use of space as it's square, and food comes out evenly cooked.

    • Im looking to do the opposite and get the phillips xxl. What model did you have and why was it bad?

    • I've got a Philips XXL which has been awesome. Purchased this as a backup and extra cooking unit when the Philips runs out of space.

  • what you guys think of this

is it easy to clean than the Orginal post one?

  • Anyone bought any accessories for this one? I bought this air fryer when it was last selling at this price and love using it for how easy it is to operate / cook /clean.

Keen for a few accessories to go with it.
