  • I guess cashback is not available for using personal code given by ebay eg. $5 ebay plus coupon

    • @TopCashback AU Rep can you confirm?

      • Hey mate, only coupon codes found on eBay's site are eligible for cashback so unfortunately personal codes won't work.

  • Anyone knows if paid by gift card is eligible for cashback?

    • Yes

      • Thanks.

  • How long does it take for a cashback marked as 'confirmed' to change to 'payable' status with TopCashBack? Took them about 5 weeks to confirm my cashback but I've been waiting for over 4 weeks for it to become payable.

Extract from FAQs, pretty useless, cus support - also not too helpful

"At a later date still, the affiliate network will have invoiced the merchant and should have received your cashback. At this point your transaction will switch to ‘Payable’ status. Once your transaction has switched to Payable status, you can claim your cashback at any time. In other words, you can ask us to send your cashback to you at any time after your transaction has become Payable."

My referral bonuses are stuck at confirmed too, haven’t moved to payable for ages either

      • Seems like pretty dodgy now. Hoping to hear from someone who has been successful in withdrawing cash from TopCashBack. If I have to send 2-3 followup emails; the time & effort invested in the process is almost not worth the 10% savings (or whatever the promo).

Hey mate, on average it can take retailers 1 to 3 months to confirm the cashback, and once it has been confirmed, we would wait for the retailers to pay us and once they have, then your transaction status will move into 'payable' where you will be able to withdraw your funds. As for the referral bonus, we are looking into that for you @BargainsGrabber. So sorry that you haven't heard back from our support team - please send us a DM if you have any further questions in the meantime and/or if you'd like to track a transaction.

          • @TopCashback AU Rep: Thanks Store Rep, that's pretty much what's in FAQs. Would be nice to have some ETAs showing on your app/website like your competitors do!

            • @nsingh21: That's great feedback, thank you! We'll look into adding something like that on our site - appreciate the suggestion and if you have anything else you think we should add, please DM us and let us know. Keen to hear your thoughts!

    • I've got a couple for eBay from 2nd March (confirmed, not payable) and in the details it says:

      Estimated Payable 12 Weeks

      Roughly 25th May for mine.

Not sure which store you used or when but look into the details of the specific CB and it may help.

      • Thanks mate! Yes just confirming on average, it takes retailers anywhere between 1 to 3 months to confirm the cashback.

        • Purchase from book depository at the start of April didn't track, same as others are reporting.

          • @chyawala: Hey mate, did you submit a claim with those transactions that didn't track? Could you please DM us your email address so we can look into it for you?

      • Thanks @nismo, I saw the 12 weeks as well but that's just a guidance (12 weeks ~3months), would be great to have some specific indicators.

Thank you @easternculture for the shoutout!
