Spend $30 at Coles, get 4¢/L fuel voucher.

Spend $30 in a Coles Supermarket to get 4 cents off per litre on your fuel purchase. Now digital within the Flybuys app. You may only use one Fuel Discount Offer receipt or voucher per transaction, which must be redeemed before the expiry date.

One receipt or voucher entitles you to a discount off the pump price of fuel, whether LPG, diesel or petrol (excluding Adblue), from Coles Express service stations for:

  • Up to two fuel types for one vehicle (including *approved containers or boats or motorcycles on an attached trailer) up to a maximum of 150 litres; or
  • Up to two fuel types in any number of *approved containers up to a maximum of 150 litres.

    OK ok.. on the link there are some items which are the same price at the Servo as at Coles. You need to use them else not a deal.

      I usually get milk and bread.
      Also my linkt hasn't been working for months when i try to scan it.
      I used to always use it when i got fuel from coles, unsure what happened

          Yep, that's what I've been using instead once it stopped working.
          Also couldn't seem to use both linkt and carsales at the same time when my linkt was working.

            @michael9865: That is because the Linkt and the Carsales fuel discount offers are Viva Energy fuel discount offers.

            You can only redeem 1x Viva Energy offer per transaction at Shell Coles Express (and participating Shell service stations, assuming the Viva Energy offer in question actually works outside of Shell Coles Express), and this is spelled out in the terms and conditions of each offer. Any attempt to stack multiple Viva Energy offers in the same transaction will see:

            • the highest-value discount offer redeemed, or

            • in the case of two discount offers having the same value, the first discount offer presented is redeemed.

        I looked at that a while ago, and my local Coles Express only stocks the more expensive brands, none came close to the price of the Coles-branded milk from the Coles supermarket.

        Is that just my local Coles Express, or are they all like that?

        And to get to the $20 spend threshold, I'd have to buy a LOT of bread and milk. Is there anything else they sell at the same price as in the Coles supermarket? Maybe Quilton toilet paper, when the Coles supermarket has it on special?

      How do you mean? Do you mean Freedom is 13c cheaper than Shell Coles? Not atm in the Sunshine Coast: GMaps says ULP is $1.88/L at Freedom, and $1.82 at Puma, bp, 7-11 and… Shell Coles, a couple of kms south of it.

            Not true at the moment, RACQ 4c off per litre is currently the best, as the freedom fuels has expired for me.

      If you haven't scanned a Flybuys card, it should come through as a fuel docket at the end of your Coles receipt. But if you have scanned a Flybuys card, then it's usually activated in the Flybuys app under OFFERS (bottom task bar options) and then you choose My Fuel Offers from the top set of options, after which you can start claiming the 4cents off.

    The CarSales app has a 4¢ off barcode as well ( just need to sign in with a profile, which is free) which also stacks up with the other coupons. The first time you scan with the app you'll get 8¢ off, after which it's 4¢ off. [(https://www.carsales.com.au/fuel)]

      The CarSales app

      That app is a worry, has location tracking permission, "runs at startup" and "full network access". I'd rather not be tracked everywhere I go.

      The carsales website suggests the app isn't needed, you can just log into carsales, and pull up a barcode to be scanned. Anyone know if it's the same barcode every time, or is it unique?

    Recently spent $60 at Coles, and splitted in two transactions $30+$30. For some reason got one one 4c discount voucher and on my Flybuys account it came as $60 instead of 2x$30.
    Is that how it works with Coles these days?

      What part of long-running deal do you not understand?

      Freedom fuels' 13c off may, or may not, be a better deal, depending on their full price, if one has it around them. That's not everyone's case, especially given such a small franchise (it's no bp, Shell or 7-Eleven).

      Further to what @wisdomtooth said, Freedom Fuels is QLD only. I’m in TAS so it doesn’t apply to me, but we have Coles Express and I still have my Linkt account so I’m able to take advantage of this deal.
