Is there a cap on CB?

    • +2

      It says no cap

      • +7

        you beauty!

  • Do gift card payments track?

  • +19

You can’t shop for beauty. Either it’s there, or it ain’t.

    • +2

      Huge, if true.

    • +4

Well it's nothing like Grace not many people have grace.

      • Love it Elaine

  • +4

Subscribe & Save is it eligible?

    • I want to know this too.

      • +1

        only initial/new S&S orders, not recurring/subsequent ones

        • +1

          Confirming this ^.

          • @gotyourback: I did 3 different items in 1 transaction, all on S&S from Beauty sections (all new, nothing recurring). Normal cashback hasn't tracked yet, but there were 3 Westpac bonus lines appearing already with 2 of them being $0. Is that normal?
            Also, it's over $30 in total, but didn't get my $3 for $30 challenge (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/770468) completed :(

    • @gotyourback

      .

  • Wish it would include; Trimmers, Clippers & Body Groomers (for men) Shaving & Hair Removal

    • +1

How can we confirn that its included or not?

      • +1

        Look at tightarse’s answer here.

        • Thanks, my shaver heads. Health & Household

        • tightarse is for CashRewards, this deal is for ShopBack.

          • +1

@ChipsChicky: The questioner wanted to know how to find out what category a product would fall under. The linked answer provides that information. It doesn't matter that it's for Cashrewards. I am confident that both ShopBack and Cashrewards use the same method to categorise products.

            • @Nelumbo: Perfect :) It was bit confusing as the link was redirecting to post rather the comment

              • @ChipsChicky: I tried linking to the comment itself at first, but I couldn’t find a way to do it. How did you do it?

                • @Nelumbo: Click on the Time Stamp appearing in front of the name on any comment and copy the link from there,

So its 15% right now (already upsized) for beauty and it will increase to 20% b/w 6 to 10 pm tonight?

  • Beauty 20% plus westpac 2% plus this comes up on the product I'm ordering on Amazon website

"Save 10% at checkout qualifying items"

    Will this void my cashback?

    • Anything that auto-applies at the checkout is all good to stack up on, just code entry is what will invalidate the Cashback when it comes to discounts.

  • Not even 100% cashback could save my face.

    • I believe it could. Havent you watch girl doing makeup on tiktok ? Lol.

      • Not my usual Youtube or Tiktok search but perhaps I should investigate.

    @gotyourback
Does "Premium Beauty" fall in the category of Beauty to receive Cashback (20% between 6-10pm AEST) ?

    • +1

Would also like to know whether 'Premium Beauty' category is included.

      • Good to know - agree.

        • Luxury Beauty is still 0% so not likely :(

          • @tonester: I am puzzled.
shopback.com.au does not have any "Premium Beauty" instead it has "Luxury Beauty".
I am looking at the product listed at amazon.com.au as "Premium Beauty" but it is sitting in
Beauty › Skin Care › Face › Moisturisers › Day Care
Is it eligible for 20% cashback or not ?

            • @Foma2: Yes they changed the name. Note this flashsale is beauty only not prem/lux beauty I believe. Im interested to see whether they changed the name so lux beauty stopped getting prem beauty cashback? Cashrewards remains unchanged.

    • I’d assume so - check in the item description additional info. I’m looking at perfume in premium beauty and it classifies it under beauty with a ranking

    • +1

Hey mate, Premium Beauty is considered a separate category by Amazon, and they've only upsize the Beauty category, so unfortunately not I'm afraid! Premium Beauty has a 0% Cashback rate this month.

      • Ok Thanks - "Premium Beauty has a 0% Cashback rate this month".
So I won't smell that well for the next month :)

      • +1

I found my purchase under "Beauty" (I have the screen cap), but the exact same product (along with price and amount left) is found under "premium beauty" as well, so I don’t know what to make of it.

I made the order and we'll see what happens.

      • +1

My product is found in the Beauty and Premium Beauty category. What happens there
Limited-time deal: Viktor & Rolf Flower Bomb Eau de Parfum for Women, 100ml https://amzn.asia/d/gJSYwzG

        • Hey mate, so it may vary based on the listing, but the listing you've linked here appears to be under Beauty so should be all good.

  • Are items that are moved from wish list ok? I remember once (forgot who with) that they werent

    • +2

I always search for items in my wish list and then add them to my cart. Never from wishlist to my cart directly.

      • Awwww, thats cute as duck.

  • +1

    So it's 6.03pm & Amazon still showing 15% ???

    • Same… Wondering if there's a glitch

      • They disabled Amazon in app but it correctly shows 20% via web browser. So likely a glitch.

  • Still showing 15%

    • Use web browser app glitched & Amazon store is now disabled on app

  • Just ordered some more of my favourite cologne. Hopefully the cashback tracks, should be around $45 back.

    • +1

Make sure your cologne is not in "Premium Beauty" category as that category is not eligible for cashback (currently 0%)

      • I'll be a bit annoyed if all fragrances aren't included. I'll see if there is anything else I may want.

      • It says rank #31599 in beauty. Hopefully I'm in the clear.

        https://amzn.asia/d/dSsbn8X

        • That one was definitely in "Beauty" so you are fine.

  • -1

    Should be fixed now?

    • Nope but they've disabled Amazon on app so shop via web browser where cashback rate is correct.

  • why are both desktop and mobile shopback links for amazon redirecting back to shopback home page now?

  • @gotyourback click activity for the amazon flash sale is being recorded but the shopback button is stuck with an exclamation mark. am I safe to shop?

    • +2

As long as you're clicking through from the Amazon Flash Sale link, your tracking should be sweet.

      • cheers, thanks so much

      • Is Toilet Paper under Beauty?

        • +1

Looks like most will be under "Health, Household Products", I'm afraid.

          • @gotyourback: Do items sold by Amazon Germany but on Amazon AU count?

  • -1

FYI for fragrance lovers there are some Penhaligons 75ml EDP tester bottles for $221, with cashback on top makes them an attractive buy. Would have expected this brand to be in the luxury/premium beauty category but they're listed under beauty.

    • Lol downvote?

  • Is this counting beauty? Palmolive Foaming Liquid Hand Wash Soap 3L (3 x 1L packs), Japanese Cherry Blossom Refill and Save, No Parabens Phthalates and Alcohol, Recyclable Bottle

    • Health & Household, from what I found

  • Do items sold by Amazon Germany but on Amazon AU count?

    • +1

      Yes if it in "Beauty"

  • Placed an Amazon order a minute before it was over. Click activity says 9.30 SA time. I guess it will still be eligible for the 20%?

    • I imagine there will be a timestamp somewhere. What does it say on your invoice? The time is sometimes quite confusing though I think.

      • I have received the invoice in my emails 21.30 SA time. I cannot find a time when I placed the order, but it was definitely before.

    • +1

Hey mate, there can be a slight delay based on processing time on Amazon which could push you over, but happy to take a look and see if I can help if so.

      • Ok ta

      • Calculated Cashback doesn’t add up. It is always a hunt…

  • Hi @gotyourback, for some reason my purchase didn't track on my account.

    • No tracking either..

      • Same here…

Edit: the page says it needs 4 days to track. So we’ll see. In the meantime I need to sort out my 15% cashback that was rejected few days ago.. :(

      • I have my tracking number, and part of my order is arriving today, but it's not trakced on my SB account. I just did another transaction through Shopback and it automatically tracked.

    • +1

Hey mate, purchases have to be reported to us by Amazon so can take up to 4 days to come through, they're typically done in batches so like to be either this evening or tomorrow morning, but again, could take up to 4 days for them to report per their nominated window.

      • @nubzy @John FYI!

  • Tracking is normally pretty quick. My order is arriving today.. won’t open it until tracking receipt received

  • +2

It's a bit confusing as "Premium Beauty" is just a sub category of "Beauty" right?

The "Beauty" category includes "Deals", "Best Sellers" and "Premium Beauty". Also 'premium' products list as "Best Sellers Rank: # in Beauty".

    • Amazon will be getting alot of returns of this is not clarified

    • Will differ based on the listing, the specific category should be listed on the page of the listing you're after, but if you have any trouble with your purchase, do let me know.

Hi rep, I messaged you about this but you may not have seen it.

Do you think this above purchase that I made is eligible for 20% cashback? Its very confusing as to whether it's under premium beauty or just beauty..

I would need to cancel asap if it's ineligible. Thanks

        • Hey mate, it looks like that one is categorised as Premium Beauty. I do remember there used to be a finder to help people discover the product category an item is under on Amazon, I don't know why it's as difficult as it is but let me have a look to see if I can find the tool.

          • @gotyourback: I believe it's camelcamelcamel, you can enter the URL and it'll give you info on the listing including the category, but I don't have a lot of experience with it myself but could be useful to get some insight.

          • @gotyourback: Ok thanks. I cancel it right. I was misled by the sub heading below Disappointing though it was a good bargain

  • Downvote due to premium beauty being under beauty category but not being fulfilled or clarified !!

    • yep very shady

    • Yeah it's very confusing unfortunately

  • Has anyone received a SB tracking receipt yet?? @gotyourback any insight??

    • Nope! Still waiting
