      You must be new here, they've been doing it this way for years. However, in the Android world, they are still considered king. HTC is dead, Sony is almost dead, and Huawei is also struggling. Although Pixel is a good phone but ugly.

      I asked for a code yesterday and didn't get one. So I opted to trading my old galaxy watch instead gave me 150 dollar bonus. Then use the secret code and $50 code. Result was 319

    Dammit. Just realised that when I checked out and paid it removed my$50 loyalty voucher so I ended up paying $369. If I get hit with a $60 fee for not sending my trading back then it's not worth it so I'll send my watch back.

    FYI, ordered a phone and some accessories on the 24th of Feb and still not delivered, the latest delivery was between the 17th and 21st of April, and this morning I was advised it will get delivered mid May. I have tried to cancel and get a refund and apparently it will take 30 days and someone will get back to me cancel it.
    I have already lodged a dispute with my credit card provider.
    Absolutely incompetent Samsung Australia.

    Sorry to hear about the bad experiences of some users here regarding dealing with Samsung directly. Luckily I have always received my orders on time. That includes S21 U last year, then S23U this year and the latest one is Watch 5 Pro which I have just received in less than a week of placing the order.

    Received yesterday. Manual SPO2 reading is problematic (seems to be a known issue). Sleeping SPO2 seems to work but reading is lower than other device (Huawei GT2)
