most YouTube reviewers say no. Unless u need 512GB or the extra camera lens often
personally I love using telephoto lenses, I use it more than the Ultra wide lens (but this is on my Samsung phone so idk if I'd say the same with a Pixel).
That Pixel 7 Price discounted is so tempting! Been looking for an upgrade from my 4A. Is this a better deal at $679 or should I wait for EOFY sale? I'm guessing it can go as low as $650, maybe? Any thoughts people?
The likelihood of finding a deal on this less than $679 is extremely low in my opinion. If you want it I think you should get it.
yep, I'm getting this. Stacked with discounted JB gift card from workplace got it down to $645.
Yeah grab it (the non pro),now lower than the JB hi-fi pre-release price of $699 ($300 off). Got other vouchers and free stuff but may put in a price protection claim as it is less than the receipt price.
I don't see if going too much cheaper before the EOFY but you never know.. wouldn't be like much or at least probably not half price like when the Pixel 3XL went to $750 instead of $1500, and eventually $588 when almost two generations old.

Yes but only with other 'Gift Cards'
Ultimate Gift Card is a debit card, you use it as such and the website can give you the expiry date upon activation.
The way to tell is that the 'gift cards' have preloaded values, where as the gift 'debit card' have no value and are loaded when you purchase them.
I tried to use it under debit card but the card is declined. I have 2* $500 to use.

128Gb+ 200GB Google One is my current combo.
If you don't want the hassle, 256 is good enough as well. Just a matter of preference.

Been searching for a good S20FE replacement and this seems to tick most of the boxes. So keen for pics
Just placed an order, was accepted by JB and have acknowledgement, then got SMS from bank as suspicious activity and that it temporarily froze the card and declined the transaction wanting me to acknowledge if it was legit. I acknowledged, and then got a msg saying the block will be removed and to try this transaction again!
Now I don't know what to do - have now used my one-use perks code, don't want to miss out on this 1 night deal, but don't want to maybe end up buying 2 phones either! Wonder if JB will honour the sale and I can pay later? Arggh!

Can do without the inflated RRP and bloatware, which is why I like pixels.

still a good upgrade the battery is waaay better and dictator feature. Shame the loud speaker isn't as good as the pixel 5, the pixel 3xl was hard to beat on that front.
may be a good spare to use at home anyway for watching stuff.
