Where are they cheaper now?
If you wait a while they will be cheaper
Been waiting almost 2 years now. How much longer do I need to wait?
@onlinepred: They were under $700 several times last year so probably not too long. I got them for $730 in late 2021 and have no regrets. They're great!
@MisterTree: For sure, I paid $540 in early 2021. Been looking for a second pair.
@onlinepred: hodl! ;)
Bought these for $640 in Nov 2021. Great speakers
What are you thoughts on them?
I use for my pc, watching and listen to hifi music, as I have big monitor
same! lol
inflation with discounts makes it still sounds a bit expensive.
Cheapest they’ve been for a while, but I bought these for $669 last year.

What do you want to know? I picked them after hearing/owning soundbars and klipsch the fives.
How do they sound compared to Klipsch's acclaimed active speakers, 'The Fives'.
@BargainHunterJohnnyB: They sound infinitely more balanced, much more controlled bass, also the treble and high end is much more pronounced. I noticed it most while watching movies, speech is so much easier to hear and understand on the s3000pro. The fives also sounded muddy to me. Much prefer the look of the fives though.
Just got the s2000mkiii for $468 delivered. I wonder if paying double for the 3000s justifies the difference in between these speakers
Depends what you want them for? I have both. The s2000 mkiii for pc speakers and s3000 pro for tv/music.
The s2000 are smaller and better for near field listening, while the s3000 are bigger, louder and punchier bass.
Where'd you get them for $468?
I have these and love these. Probably a bit overkill for pc speakers, but they sound so good.
Would overkill again.
Nah, no such thing as over kill for pc (I'm assuming desktop?) I have floor standers and surround for my desktop.
they seem to have the amp for left and right channel in the one speaker, not sure about heat issues which i had with previous 5” speakers with that configuration ……$800 is getting into the small dedicated amp and passive speakers price range …. even krk if you want active speakers with some resale value …..
Each speaker is active.
I don't think we have invented wireless transfer of power yet
For this price might as well get q acoustics and a 2 channel amp
You obviously haven't heard planner tweeter
Has this deal expired? Any idea how I apply the 30% discount, is there a code I need or something?
