    Did anyone else receive theirs in a bubble mailer with the box crushed?
    This is the 2nd Speed Champions that Amazon has packed in a bubble mailer. I'll be returning mine. Not even worth a slight discount

        Im just going to keep returning now and complaining to customer service that all lego should be mailed in boxes.

          Yeah ive done the same before, depending on how badly damaged the box was but unfortunately they don't have control over everyone who delivers. Im someone who gets a ton of stuff delivered and it happens alot of the time. Not just to lego either.

          On the other hand they will deliver noodles or other cheap things usually in a box where as more expensive stuff such as lego or electronics will be sent in a bubble mailer.

      Yes, the same happened to me. And I specifically ordered multiple items to make sure they come in a box. Well, most of them did come in a box, but then one arrived a day later. In a bubble mailer and naturally squashed. I complained in chat to Amazon, and they did offer return and refund. But I don't think it's worth the hassle, especially since I am planning to just build the set myself.

        Did they offer you a partial refund? Sometimes they ask you what you would like to pay. They always do generally if the box is damaged.

          No, they didn't offer. And I didn't think to ask, as I was for some reason under the impression that Amazon doesn't generally do that.
