I'm buying it because I liked the show

The only people who want part 2 to be adapted are those who haven't played it

Aside from the fact that HBO seem to think people will by committing to making two seasons worth of content that covers the story from Part II, it's been 3 years. We get that you don't like the game, you made it clear in every single TLOU2 deal post you comment on - in fact more than half of your comments (38 of 70 comments) are in Part II deal posts. And to prove this point you can neg this deal and see how quickly it gets revoked by the community.

You seem to have some sort of unhealthy obsessive vendetta against this game. That's not normal behaviour.

        • Don't be so obsessed by the game, it's only a game, and it's ruined, so be it. There are hundreds of other things to do being obsessed over this game on how bad it is, is akin to people who love the game just make fun about the message the game preaches (aka having unhealthy relationships when these zombies run around and the human race dying is not the number 1 issue, the bad guys are more in the right than the good guys in this game).

Waiting for TLOU 1 PS5 version for this price…

    • Why is it so expensive rn

      • Because that's the good game

      • Seems to be Sony's model for first party titles this generation, which is horrible for us cheap skates.

Can’t believe they made the tv series into a game!

  • I loved the games to bits but couldn't go over the first episode of the series

    Need the $12 deal again.

    • Same, but given the priced bounced right back up after the series got traction, I'd imagine they'll try to keep it propped up for a while. This was low enough for me to bite the bullet.

  • Do you think this game will come out on PC at some point like the first game?

    • There is a good chance it will. It won't be happening for a while though. Factions (multi-player part of this game) is yet to be released (which will have a PS5 version).

Is that supposed to be Ellen Page on the cover?

    Honestly, wasn’t a bad game

An amazing game that has a powerful message about the Climate Emergency. A few select people dislike this game, but they tend to be of the climate denier camp.
Character development is superb, especially at the start of the game.

I dislike it more because of the change of protagonist in the first game from Joel to Ellie in the second game. Somewhere along the way the idiot writers decided to was more trendy to go with a "strong female" lead instead and dumped Joel. The fact that it preaches "climate emergency" makes me dislike it even more

It's a video game buddy, dont like it dont play - no need to still complain after the game has been out for a while already lmaooooooooooooooo

It's a video game buddy - no need to keep shilling after the game has been out for a while already lmaooooooooooooooo

    • Correction: An objectively terrible game that has an small but vocal amount of woke shills

      • I think you'll find it's a very small amount of people that don't like this game. And they are the ones trying to make noise. I play it once a year after i play part 1 and enjoy it every single time. Like i'm sure many many other people do.

        • Agreed. Most people are supportive of the diversity, equity and inclusion that this game teaches its willing listeners. I found after playing the game that I was a much more diverse, equitable and inclusive person-except towards people who criticise the game. I have no time for them or their views.

@Landsmith: You TLOU2 shills are by far the second most delusional fans in gaming, behind xbox fanboys
