I've been watching to catch a price drop on this for a while, as I've wanted a small flexible tripod for close to the ground nature photography.
Its typically in the $70 range and now roughly $20 less than usual.
Some reviews say it can't strictly handle the 3kg limit, but looks to be a well rated mini tripod if you're looking for camera stability on uneven places.

    That’s roughly under 2kg payload. On the other hand, I have no issues with 7D (914gm) plus 600-700gm lens.
