I'll admit the price isn't an amazing drop or anything based on BGO's price history but it is the lowest price according to their records especially if you can pick it up at your local BigW (keeping in mind while the min did sit around $32 for a while, those stores charge ~$10 for shipping.)
It is a clearance item too, so you can only get this price if you pick it up or get it home delivered (I guess that means it's not this price on the shelf?). Seemed to be a bit of stock around Australia. Usual caveat with clearance items, it may not be this price even if your local store has it, but the couple I checked in Vic and NSW had the same price.
Honestly not sure why I'm buying it but it looks like it could be fun with the toddler (perhaps when he's a little older). He definitely likes building and knocking stuff over. Should scratch that nolstalgia itch and any time spent doing something together and away from screens is a win in my book.
Currently rated 7.3 on BGG. Some good reviews on BGG. There is also a very short video of the gameplay on the BigW page. I think that last image includes the expansions. We don't get all that stuff.
