So if we've used coles plus before and cancelled. Can we get it again and still get cashback?

    • +1

Did you find out the answer to this question?

      • +2

No but I took one for the team and signed up again via ShopBack.

Will Post back here on whether successful or not

      • +1

Tracked OK for me. Fingers crossed for payout

  • Side question. Ive had my westpac Altitude black card for a month now and no offers only rewards have appeared. Any ideas?

    • Have you linked the card to your shopback account? It didn't happen automatically from memory.

  • Is Coles plus worth the price?

    • +1

Depends on what you get it for. For me it is not worth the standard price because they fail to add the 10x points for liquor purchases and when you chase them they drag their heels.

With cashback it's worth it for the month just to be paid for taking the subscription out.

    • Depends how much you spend, how often you get deliveries or utilise click&collect rapid.

(C&C Rapid is min spend $30, $5 fee waived with Coles Plus, ready in 90 minutes)

  • There's also a $5 ($125 spend) at Coles.

There is a minimum spend for Coles online orders isn't there?

    • +1

      Free delivery over $50*

      • +3

Mmm, i thought even for click and collect there was a minimum, so you can't just order $1 rice crackers and waste their time…

        • +1

Yes, you’re right! I have now updated the post.

  • I'm guessing spending on the membership does not count as spending at Coles? So if you want to collect 'em all, you need to make a new account, sign up to Plus, then place an order for $30 of milk and pay using Westpac?

    • Yes spending on membership does not count as spending at Coles. I thought the min. order spend for Coles Online is $50 rather than $30?

      • C&C rapid as someone mentioned above is $30.

I used to get Coles deliveries, but had enough with their awful brand substitution. After being horrified when I received a Coles brand lasagne in substitute for a Cucina lasagne (an insanely expensive lasagne which was on sale but not by much) I decided to change to Woolworths deliveries instead. Woolworths deliveries have excellent brand substitution, if they don't have your item you receive a product equal to or better than what you ordered and if you sign up for a year you get unlimited deliveries for $10 month ($119 a year).

Combine this with Everyday Rewards Plus for 10% off one order a month. If you already do at least 1 shop that’s $170+ a month, both subscriptions are essentially free and you get 6 or 7 times the Everyday Rewards Points.

  • umm.. it says "coles online grocery orders are ineligible for cashback" under "Donts"

    • +1

I would think this would mean coles online grocery orders are not eligible for the $30 cashback where this cashback is exclusively for signing up to Coles Plus Membership.

  • How do they define NEW coles customer? Just anyone who didn't shop with coles online before? And can it be combined with usual flybuy points offers (which is an old account)?

    • +1

I would assume a new Coles customer means a brand new Coles online account?

Once you created your brand new Coles online account, you can attached a Flybuys account to this brand new Coles online account. Whether or not if you also need the Flybuys account to be a brand new Flybuys account I am unsure. I would think that you don’t (just need the Coles online account to be brand new), but best to double check with the Shopback rep. here on OzB.
