Plus free delivery order over $50, double points on your shops and many more for 2 months.

      • Actually I prefer shopping in-store myself.

Several times, I used delivery and C&C service from woolworths and Coles.
However, my experiences were not very good.

I know I can save my time, but I felt staff doesn't check item's quality, packaging, and best before date properly when I received my orders.

When I received the wrong or faulty items, I had to call the CS centre(terrible waiting time) or visit the CS section in-store to fix it.

So now I only use EDR Extra.
Coles Plus is the same as combined EDR Extra and Delivery Unlimited service at Woolworths.
If Coles also launches a similar service as EDR Extra, I will happily sign up.

Good for oldies who don't get out much, I guess

      yeh that's about it.
and are those oldies even aware of shopback?

      • How old is oldies? I am 66 and on here too many times to count every day.

        • Do you get out?

          • @bohn: Yes, but not as much as before Covid.

    • +1

Oldies would go back to work soon if they spend that much to get all the perks from Coles.

  • Basically for me I am getting paid $1 to shop at Coles.
You can easily save $1 by shopping between the supermarkets. Maybe if it was $9 a month with some other perks I would consider.

The click and collect at my local Coles was so poor I never went back. No-one was available to bring the order to the car. The car in front had been waiting for 30mins. The phone support was appalling and it took 10days to get my money back. No one ever contacted me and told me what went wrong or apologised. I had driven some distance to get the pick up . Coles need to up their game in northern NSW. Coles staff had a number of chances to intervene and communicate to me, the phone staff did not follow up on their offers to "get back to me". It may have been a one off , but the service was poor on all fronts including follow up communications that I am buyer beware.

I don't see any value in this offer

how is this better than the woolies everyday subscription that's like $50/year.

everyday rewards, give you 10% off every month at Woolworths and big w, double points, freebies and more

nevermind this is a delivery subscription…still woolies is cheaper

    • Still cheaper to add both the woolies delivery subscription and the woolies extra sub. Can't see this one taking off unless you're exceptionally loyal to Coles.

  • Had the worst experience with Coles delivery with missing items and the refund process was horrible.
    Wouldn't waste my time!
